This Company Has Stolen My Money
I have paid for an order, and cancel it few days after because I was not getting support.
The Company still sent me the parcel through DPD (despite my cancellation), and I had to call DPD to reroute it to originator.
Company has received the parcel back but I am still waiting for the refund (45 days after).
This company does not pick the phone, or when they do, they do not speak English. All their emails are in German.
I would not recommend this Company to anybody.
