Given I am in Spain, this is actually quite impressive. It was shipped 16.7 and arrived 19.7, well within the 5 'business' days.

After order was placed, I had to add mobile phone number for local deliver in Spain. This was attended to efficiently and effectively.

Now, the price. Had I bought this UPS locally it would have cost 187 Euros, without any shipping costs. Even with shipping costs, the Techdna price was only about 140 Euros, so excellent value for money!

Brought HDMI player with some networking cables from Techdna.co.uk, very pleased, saved a lot of money. Same equipment cost over 10 times as much in Dixons. Got email confirmation straight away and when the item was dispatched. Excellent cannot fault service.

Received an item dispatch email from Techdna with a tracking number on it. Sat home the next day waiting for the package, nothing.

Checked the tracking number and found that the item had been "lost". "Out for Delivery", then "Lost". Called Techdna straight away and they arranged shipping for the item again the same day.

Ended up receiving 2 items the following day ;) Cant moan at the CS though, havent asked for it back yet.
