This was my first order from Tantronics. Ordering was straightforward and my item was dispatched the following day. Two days later it was on the doormat. Perfect. The price was also great, beating other major online retailers. What impressed me was quite a small thing: I'd ordered some re-chargeable batteries and Tantronics included a helpful leaflet of their own. It gave guidance on the best way to charge and store batteries, particularly when new, to extend their life. Nice touch.

This is a company I'm sure I'll be using again.

This is my second order Tantronics. They are not always the cheapest but their service is efficient. In stock goods sent the same day - both my order arrived the next day after ordering.

They also keep you informed about your items progress and send you a courier tracking number without being asked. Many companies I find either don't have the number or you have to phone them to get the number.

Definitely be buying from them again!
