I ordered a Dualit toaster from Sunvis having compared prices online alongside reviews of its competitors. They had wonderful reviews and were very competitively priced.

Unfortunately, the toaster I received was faulty. I was a little anxious as had never ordered from this company before and didn't know how easy it would be to arrange a replacement etc. I became more concerned when I called them and it went through to voicemail. I am aware of how many dubious online companies there are.

HOWEVER, my concerns were completely unfounded. I received a response from Sunvis the same day and was offered a replacement toaster the very next day. This was delivered as promised and my faulty toaster was collected - no going to the post office, no paying for p&p. Overall, incredible. Quite the best customer service I have ever received and as a result, I would highly recommend and will not hesitate to use this store again.

Ordered the product from the website which is very easy to use, I hadn't entered my correct email address but when I enquired about my order I received a response within a day or so to say my product had been despatched. Would definitely use Sunvis again.

I was very dubious about ordering from this company as i haven't heard of them before,and considering what i was buying was nearly £300. I had nothing to worry about,ordered a Karcher k5 pressure washer,at a bargain price compared to other stores,and i recieved it 2 days later. So far washer works fine and i saved money too. I will definatly consider using Sunvis in future.

First of all, at the time of purchase I could not find a better price. The customer service was second to none. Tracking number was promptly supplied and the parcel was delivered very quickly.

This beach tent is the Taj-mahal of beach tents. Fantastic quality, quick and easy to put up and even faster to to put down. Finally a carry bag big enough to easily put the tent back in without the feeling that you've opened a can of worms with a near impossible task of packing up quick and easily.

There are loads of little pockets for storing stuff and privacy on a busy beach is easily obtainable with this beauty.

I am quite a fussy buyer as I like quality, practicality and most of all a fair deal.

I ordered my tent at 12.30 am on 31st March and it was delivered on 1st April at 2.15 pm. That's fantastic service. The price, well.... At least £40 cheaper than the same item on eBay.
