A quick review of this and other websites will show what appears to be a pattern for this company. One either gets the fairy godmother department and wonderful service or the practical jokes department and horrible to non-existant service. Alas, my order of replacement Etymotic filters falls into the practical jokes department. After receiving an auto-reply on the order I got no other information and no product. Two weeks later I email their customer service - an auto-reply receipt on the email and after one week - NO REPLY.

Glad I did no order something expensive or valuable.

Been 3 weeks since waiting for a product, which apparently is in their stock. Customer service is appaling. Always say they will give me a call back, but never do. Constantly having to call them up, and wont give me a refund!

Avoid like the plague!

Had wonderful service from these guys, the system was explained perfectly the salesman clearly loves what he does - his energy was brilliant, 100 x better than the usual grumpy teenager you'd get in a highstreet store!! Knowledge and customer service were top notch. Support UK small businesses -especially ones like this!

My partner contacted stoneaudio and after a couple of very informative converstions we were clear what we wanted and proceeded to purchase online. We ordered in the afternoon and received our new system the following morning at 8:30am! Stoneaudio couldn't have been more helpful in taking the time to recommend the right system for our home and budget. We are now the proud owners of a Sonos system, it's brilliant. Definately one of the best internet purchases we have ever made. Highly recommended.
