Ordered from staraxe via Rakuten. I ordered a ps4 dual shock 4 controller. Item arrived Monday the 13th April and the square button on the controller is faulty. Replies from this company takes forever after contacting them via email and Facebook I eventually got a reply and was told to return the controller... At my expense.... Needless to say I returned the item 17th April and it arrived 20th April with tracking. Well today I got an email back saying the warranty sticker has been messed with a replacement product won't be sent and the item they received will be disposed of. They're that stubborn to make up bogus claims to avoid refunding or replacing the item. Also FYI the controller was in American box not the UK one so I don't know where they source stuff. Anyway rakuten have asked me not to file a chargeback via my credit card company so I'm giving them 3 days to resolve this before I do file a chargeback which will sting Staraxe with the 41.99 they owe me and a £15 administration charge from my card issuer. 

Fantastic customer service teams, especially Thomas, who is a star. Fast shipping and great personal service, cannot really ask for more. If more companies where like this it would be such a walk in the park shopping online.

Would love to see more products they specialise on, but I can see new new products added each day..
