They have changed their name to “ power-supplier. co.uk”

I ordered a Toshiba Laptop battery believing that this “Company” were based in the UK. I had checked E-Bay and Amazon, but they would either not ship to my address or were out of stock. This site was prominently displayed on Google and as they accepted PayPal, I thought no problem. Alas, I was wrong.

I received no acknowledgment and it was only after I had received an email from PayPal, that I had paid “ Guo Honfei” when I realised 

I opened a dispute with PayPal after three weeks ( delivery was supposed to be 7 days) however PayPal are giving them all the time in the World. Six weeks and they keep pushing out the date of resolution.  Despite all the complaints against this site, they are mostly finding in their favour.

Do not under any circumstances, deal with this gang of Charlatans, you will not receive what you paid for- PayPal won’t help you and you are left to go to your bank/Credit card to get your money back.

Bought a "Genuine Apple Macbook" computer battery from battery-supplier, supposedly based in Portsmouth UK, as they also offered a 3 year guarantee on all their products. Purchased through Paypal for the safety as well. Battery was clearly a fake on arrival, contacted battery-supplier who responded to my first e-mail asking for details of why I thought it was a fake, probably for their own research and development, I never heard from them again despite multiple phone calls and e-mails. I contacted Paypal to go through the complaints and refund process and learnt that battery-supplier is based in China and that in order for me to get a refund from Paypal I had to return the item to China and pay the postage myself, even through the return address on their website clearly states Portsmouth! I then called one of battery-supplier neighbours in Portsmouth to ask if they existed, apparently they do, but they get phone calls everyday complaining about them, they have heard of people loosing hundreds of pounds. Trading standards and the police are well aware of them, but are powerless to stop them trading. A little bit of research on the internet shows I am not the only person who has been ripped off. In summary, DO NOT BUY FROM BATTERY-SUPPLIER
