This comapny is a disgrace and "leaves a bad taste in your mouth". Have had monies withdrawn on my credit cards to pay for items ordered, over 2 months ago. Still no delivery and no explanation as to when goods are to be expected. I have lost faith in internet purchasing.

Ordered Laptop and 42 inch lcd Tv from Sorroco Direct+. Given delivery of 15/12/08 between 8.00 am and 1.00 pm...nothing. Contacted by phone and given another date 20/12/08....nothing. Have tried to contact by email and phone constantly since, phones unanswered. One email since to explain supply problems, but unable to make any form of contact since and have not been contacted. Have had to put matter in hands of credit card company.
