Our not too old LG TV was apparently beyond economical repair, We took it to Satsecure as a last resort - it had to be fixed or thrown away! The staff were very friendly and helpful and took the TV to check it over. We heard from them a couple of days later, they had found the fault and had sourced the part required at a price we were very happy with. The TV is now up an running at home and we are very happy. We will definitely be using this company again - efficient, friendly and good value.

Friendly knowledgeable staff. Wide range of equipment for all your needs and fantastic prices. Much cheaper than everywhere else I looked for CCTV. Would definitely recommend.

The screen on my nexus 5 was broken, no problem getting a new screen. Had a few other problems but all was resolved with great customer service thanks to the person I dealt with .

2.1 PC speakers, used in the kitchen, everything gets plugged in the 3.5mm jack, which eventually starts crackling and breaking up. No problem, get a new plug from M****n, borrow an iron and its done. Except that the last time I did it was with 1/4" guitar jacks, and eyesight 30 years better....so...

A quick Google and I found Satsecure, walked in with me dog (and the offending speaker...), and walked out 10 minutes later, all sorted.

No hesitation in recommending this place whatsoever, friendly and helpful service all the way!

It's a power supply, not really too much to say except it powers on my devices as expected. Website was easy to use and the price of this product and combined delivery charge was the cheapest that I could find. I have nothing to say about the customer service as I have not had to deal with them, which is obviously a good thing, I do like a good moan when the opportunity come up.

I recommend this retailer and I will 100% use them again.

ordered an lnb recieved it the next day,very quick service

Well I had a flashing red light problem and no picture. I had taken the receiver to 3 different people all who told me it's a motherboard problem and it wasn't worth fixing as you can get another new box for the same price.

I had lost hope of getting it fixed at this point until Satsecure replied to my email a couple of weeks after I had sent it ( usually a lot quicker must have been busy) and said this problem could be fixed. So I thought I'd send it and see if they could, the day after I sent it I received an email saying the box is fixed and it showed a pic of it working.

I was so pleased at this point and the repair cost wasn't that much either and I got the box back the next day with first class post.

They keep you up to date at every stage, really friendly staff and trust worthy very professional. So happy with them and the guys that recommended them to me.

I would deffo recommend them to anyone else and If you are close to Stockport or Leicestershire then instead of posting take your item in to they're shop.

This was the quickest delivery other than same day I have ever had, the item was the best priced and the quality is outstanding!!

The team there have done themselves proud, the equipment they supply is second to non and I absolutely will recommend them to my friends and family for the sat needs..
