Worst company Ever, Don't use you might get your goods next Millenum Poor Service My Elderly parents waited in a whole day and then promised the second time, cancelled 40 mins before delivery unacceptable

I called the Christchurch store at 9.15am this morning, from Ireland,to see if they could provide "a same day delivery" for a new fridge freezer to my 84 year old mother. It was duly delivered and installed by 2.15pm with the old model removed. I have to commend the person I dealt with because it was he that went the extra mile and made it happen. From the moment he answered the phone he was welcoming, polite and very professional. A 5 Star service indeed. Its a very BIG thank from me.

I purchased a samsung smart TV from purewell electrical and had it fitted from their installation team. they were excellent and had great knowledge also help with setting up wifi and dvd, sky e.t.c.

All I can say is from start to finish I was very impressed with quality, service and knowledge of products.

Ordered on Saturday delivered and installed on Wednesday - exactly when they said they would - and the pre and after dales service is fantastic cannot rate them highly enough - Customer Service 100%, Pricing 100%, Delivery when they said they would 100%, installation high quality and nothing was too much of a problem 100%.

First time also in nearly 70 years that my initial phone call got cut off (don't you just hate Vodafone) but before I could try again they were ringing me to apologise (not actually their fault - see above) and talked me through everything - got to Store and the same gentleman was there to help in any way he could - Well done Purewell, Currys, B&Q and all the rest take note I shall be at Purewell in future.

Purchased two tv's from this company and was very helpful and friendly when taking the orders. One TV came incomplete and the other one with a faulty power cord. Delivery driver left a huge wooden pallet outside my house and took daily phone calls and emails for ten days to get it removed. Returns under the 7 day distance selling guarantee were ignored. When the pallet was eventually collected the driver made me lift it and was abusive. Have emailed the company and tried calling but just get avoided. I'm sure they'll read this soon enough though. Spoke to several employees on several occasions. Would not buy from again! Will look to initiate chargeback and take possible legal action. This is just not on!

Was a bit sceptical buying from this company as had never heard of them but I needn't have worried they were fantastic. Ordered at 8.30 p.m. Wednesday evening using the free delivery option expecting my item within a few days. Received an e-mail next morning (Thursday) stating it would be delivered on Friday. Woke on Friday to an e-mail saying it would be delivered between 9.04 a.m. and 10.04 a.m. .....bang on 9.04 a.m. it arrived. Can't compliment them enough, they were amazing....and the cheapest I could find. Will definitely use them again and will recommend them to family and friends.

Purchased the Dyson Animal DC59 from Purewell, was £40 cheaper than Tesco and John Lewis. Service was brilliant and efficient, very friendly. Would use Purewell again with no hesitation and have already recommeded to several friends.

Ordered the Dyson Animal on Friday, standard free delivery, really good service via emails over the weekend keeping me informed and delivered at 9:04am Monday morning, when the email said between 9:04am - 10:04am. Couldnt ask for better service, will definitely use this company again!!
