Decently priced, well-specified and well described item. Prompt delivery by a tracked courier. Well packaged. Performs even better than expected. Projectors a much more sophisticated and simple to use than a few years ago and I am delighted with this one for my purposes. It is light, compact, silent, wireless, and low power use LED lit, couldn't ask for more at the price.

I telephoned before buying to get advice about the projector. The advice I got was totally wrong, the projector is not suitable for what I wanted. I kept all the original packaging and the projector was like new, just switched on for a test. When I asked if I could pay more and upgrade to a more suitable projector, they just refused in an unhelpful and unfriendly way.

The delivery was quick, but otherwise it has not been a nice experience at all.

Easy to order, good info on website , it arrived at collection point the next day , a Saturday , and well ahead of scheduled 72 hrs . Very pleased with the whole experience .

fab little projector, great price, great service

Very pleased with projector and next day delivery. The only problem was a text from DPD who said they hadn't delivered when they actually had. I wasted some time calling DPD to find out that it had indeed been delivered.

I ordered a projector ceiling mount from Projector plant. The product arrive quickly but with a vital bolt missing and one of the tightening tools also missing. Projector planet sent me a free post return that did not cover the total shipping cost so I had to contribute with my own money. 7 days after returning the product I still havent received my refund?!

After much research i decided to purchase an optoma Ml750 mini projector.

projector arrived but would not work with me iphone connected via a lightning to HDMI cable.kept saying looking for source, i tried 2 of these cables and countless hdmi cables and multiple devices (ipad / iphone) none worked.. the projector would find the source display it for a moment then cut out and go to looking for source again...

Also the USB port was loose.

i contcted PP who told me if i wanted to return it i would be charged a restocking fee.... i told them i didnt want to return it just be sent a working one.... they said contact optoma

i contact optoma, who tell me it should work fine...

1 week later and ive just got off the phone from PP head of service who tells me:

"As we advertise the device as working with HDMI/MHL connectivity and during our testing procedure this has been confirmed we have to class the item as not faulty. The charges incurred during testing have been waived and we will be dispatching the item back to you at your earliest convenience."

Buy elsewhere!

After a good bit of research I bought the product for business presentations. Dinky little thing (380g) and a great compromise between weight, brightness and price from Projector Planet. Ordered Friday arrived Monday on standard delivery - excellent service.

Ordered an LED projector and it came next day. Price was good too, I'm happy.
