I am an owner of a alcohol and drug abuse centre and we screen many people for alcohol in a day. Having bought many breathalyzers in the market, I think that the FC10 is excellent with many features and highly accurate.

This company is exceptional in its support to me. I had problems trying to calibrate this machine after months of heavy use and this company was able to provide the calibration service I needed. This is important to my business as I need it to be accurate at all time.

The only issue I may have was longer delivery time for uncommon items. I asked for a special cable that they did not have in stock. The delivery time was about 2 weeks before I got it as they had to courier it as a special order.

I will go back for more.
