I ordered a changing station/ dresser combo and received 4 pieces of ply-board with wooden dowels to hold them together that sits unsecured on top of a dresser that is not included. I returned the order and when i finally called and threatened to have my bank charge it back i got call from a representative who was insisting I pay the shipping to and from me which i refused to do. I told him to forget it I would call my bank and dispute the charge, i hung up. He called me back and apologized that we got disconnected. I explained that I hung up because I was not agreeing to pay them one penny for their garbage or the headache they have caused. He then told me that he was going to issue the full credit only because i was too hard headed to admit the mistake was mine and that they would win the charge back but it would cost them 25 dollars and he would prefer that I learn to read before shopping with them again. I kindly told him there would not be a next time.

Shopped all over the internet trying to locate the Salamander SDAV1 in Black and I found oneclicmx.com on a yahoo search. I decided to purchase from them because the price was better then everybody else online. They also were an authorized reseller for Salamander Designs. I ordered and 2 days later received a call from FEDEX NATIONAL telling me they had a delivery for me. I couldnt believe how quickly they shipped my goods. Amazing all around.

We had never purchased online before, however oneclickmx.com had such great reviews we purchased the item. The Sanus WFAV66MO is a 66" wide cabinet and they offered the best pricing. We orderde online and received a confirmation right away. Then the following day received a tracking number explaining my ordere shipped with FEDEX. It arrived 3 days later. This was the best experience-I would recommend this company over any other! I ordered a Classic Flame Zen Firebox 35HF500GRA and the salesperson was able to help me with all of my questions.
