Do Not Touch!!
Wish I had read this review page before placing order - I wouldn't have gone there. Placed small order in mid November believing it would give plenty of time to arrive by Christmas. It did not arrive, and still hasn't despite sending 2 chasing e-mails. Have had no response from company and will now be trying to retrieve my money.

Despite having a glossy website that claims superb service and excellent customer reviews this company is fraudulent. Ordered christmas presents over 2 weeks ago, nothing received but my money was taken immediately. Their telephone number is not a registered business line and is completely unmanned, they don't even have a company answerphone just a voicemail saying leave a message. They have not returned any emails or phonecalls. Company is not registered either. I am on my way to the bank to try and get my money back, then I'll call trading standards, I urge everyone else to do the same to hopefully put them out of business. Christmas is now cancelled here as I have no presents to give anyone and all my money has been stolen from this evil scam artist.

Worst Company Ever
I made the mistake of ordering from this company without checking them out first. Only a small order but no delivery no response to emails no answers to telephone calls, this tells me one thing, they are ripping customers off.
Since ordering, I have found more out about the company, like they are not registered, and about 97% of their customers have been giving extremely poor service.
Please if you have not forwarded from this company, do not do so.

Made a small order and paid - without checking the company first! No goods arrived despite email to say they will be in touch and they fail to repond to emails and will not answer the telephone. Probably get away with the scam because majority of orders are relatively small and customers just write it off as a bad experience. Reality is that more and more people get stung and they probably make a fortune with the scam. Without complaints and prosecution they will continue - appears more like fraudulent trading than mere inefficiency. The company should be visited immediately by the relevant Trading Standards and a criminal investigation commenced when they will be called to account.
I have fallen prey to these criminals! I am presently £107.96 out of pocket!!! I ordered 4 Wii remote controllers and when they arrived, it was easy to see that they were cheap counterfeit copies! I requested that I return them. I got an email with a pre-paid postage label to return them. Sent them off..... Nothing since! I have tried telephoning... no answer! Emails.... no reply! I have now contacted my bank to see if they can get my money back through the Debit Card Chargeback scheme (fingers crossed!). . . These people need locking up!

Another Victim
I bought a pair of Sennheiser PMX 80 PMX80 Sport II headphones from these people.
After three weeks they'd not arrived. I emailed them and they promised to put another pair in the post for next day delivery, which they did.
The headphones worked ok for two weeks then broke. As per the warranty terms I contacted NiceCans who issued me with a prepaid returns barcode. I sent my headphones back and that's the last I've heard. I've written at least 6 emails asking for an update, all have been ignored. No reply whatsoever and no sign of my headphones. It's been over 5 months since I returned them.
It's a bit sickening that a company can still be 'trading' like this. Avoid like the plague.
Already done. It's just a shame they will still be trading over Christmas...
I have contacted the trading standards at Portsmouth - there is an open case against nice cans, If you have anything that can help please contact them.

These rogue traders are being investigated as we write by 2 trading standards departments whose jurisdiction they come under. Evidence has been submitted by more distant trading staandrds depts nationwide following widespread reports of malpractice.
Misdesciption of goods is their speciality.
They do NOT reply to any attempts at contact.

Ripoff Swiss Army Knife - No Correspondance After Broken
The title pretty much says it all - they've given me a ripoff item (didn't know it was) it broke first day I used it. Tried arranging a refund!? No reply!

Unbelievable that these scammers are still trading. Do NOT buy from them. The headphones I ordered never arrived. Look on Google for many others who've been ripped off by these thieves. Don't touch them with a bargepole.

Ripped Off By Nicecans - Stay Clear
I ordered a set of headphones 3 weeks ago. They said the item has been shipped but I have not recieved anything.
I have phoned and emailed them numerous times but have never had a reply.
The only thing I wouldf recommend about this comapny is that you saty well clear.

Buy At Your Peril
I bought some earphones from this company. They were delivered quickly and I was a satisfied customer until a few months later when my earphones stopped working. They were in the first year warranty period and Sennheiser say that 1st year warranty claims are to be arranged via the company you bought from.
I have been waiting for days for a reply to my email and telephone calls to no avail.
I am now trying to arrange the repairs through Sennheiser directly but they are not responding either.
I was just about to upgrade my earphones to another model via nicecans but thankfully I have found this review centre which helped me come to my senses and I will not be touching them with a barge poll. If I lived nearer to them I would be touching them with a baseball bat.
