we ordered a whole bunch of cables of different lengths and colours all for next day delivery, we were expecting a few to be out of stock, but they all arrived perfectly packaged first thing the this morning. Great stuff, really happy would recommend everytime

DON'T ORDER!!!!!!! Very poor service took our money, told us order was dispatched we made preparations, got staff in line to start. Then the lies started, at first they said 'we shouldn't have let you order as we have no stock' Then a different member of staff admitted we had failed a security check as our office address is different and based in Liverpool. We made several phone calls to no avail no opportunity was ever given to rectify any issue, leaving us to assume that it is simply we are based in Liverpool. Disgusting behavior If you are a north west based firm please don't order. In addition our money which was taken by them wont be back with us for over week.

website offered me next day delivery. i bought it. didnt turn up next day which was a saturday. didnt turn up monday by 4pm either. didnt reply to email asking where it is. ill be wanting my next day delivery money back then.

Ordered this item on Wednesday 14th May with next day delivery option. I got a call from them later saying that I had missed the courier deadline (order placed at 17:18, cutoff is 17:15) but fair enough. So I was therefore expecting delivery on Friday 16th May... nothing... The item just arrived on Monday 19th at 10:00.

If you promise next day delivery then you need to stick to it. I won't be purchasing from you again as I cannot afford to sit and wonder when the equipment may turn up.

I wanted an interface between my laptop and tv so bought this cable. Apart from being a little stiff, it's great so far. Good price, delivery, packaging, so happy.
