I also ordered 48 plugs from jim Huang of Nakamichi and is still waiting for a responds. I contacted paypal and waiting for them to solve this case.

This is to help avoid the same mistake I did. I ordered 48 plugs from the sight 3 months ago. The company does not reply (after taking your money) and after 30+ emails, still no plugs, no refund and no communication.
