I ordered some Playmobil items at the end of Nov 2013 for my son's Chirstmas present. Their website said the item was in stock and the company took my money immediately. I never heard anything else so chased them a couple of weeks later to be told the item was out of stock and would I like a refund. It is now mid-Feb and I'm still waiting for that refund, which I'm now attempting to obtain via legal channels. I've chased and chased, via email because mysteriously their phone lines are always unobtainable. Please save yourself alot of stress and hassle and do not order from this company. They conduct their business via very dubious methods and if there was an option to award them zero stars I would!

Having stated an item was 'in stock'I paid and after a few days they told me it was not in stock and they would make a refund to my credit card. That was over two months ago and despite emails all I get is told is that the refund is /has just been made. I am opening a dispute with them through my credit card provider. Their customer phone line has been unobtainable when I have tried phoning them. Save yourself all this hassle - BUY ELSEWHERE!

Ordered a steering wheel for our sons Xmas present. As in previous reviews we were informed the item was in stock. They took the full amount from our account, then began the battle to get the money returned.my wife phoned over five times to be fobbed off with various excuses , we now have our refund but it was really hard going not a good company to deal with ,I hope they read these reviews and act upon them , my advice is st,ay away!!!!

I ordered a game steering wheel for my son's birthday in June. The item was said to be in stock, after a week of waiting I rang the company asking why had there been a delay in the order they said the item was out of stock and would refund me within 72hrs.

Weeks of phoning and asking about my refund they always kept saying the team are dealing with it and it should be back in my account in 72hrs yet again.

By this time it was July and I rang in a raging temper demanding my money or I would go to trading standards. They finally got my money back in after nearly a month and a half of waiting.

Bit of advice

DON'T buy from this website !!!

STILL NO PRODUCT

Issue is now with my Lawyers

They will send you emails to advise item has dispatched. But it has not dispatched because not in stock.

After not receiving and requesting order to be canceled and a refund they will confirm by email the order has been canceled and a refund will be issued. But they wont cancel the order or issue a refund

After chasing up they will then advise weeks later the item has dispatch now and I should have it.

BUT STILL NO PRODUCT STILL NO REFUND

So unfortunately has to be handled by lawyers

These guys do not respect the distant sellers law. I ordered a graphics card, then decided to cancel the order before being dispatched by calling and e-mailing. They said fine but still went a head and dispatched it anyway, so I told them I wouldn't sign for it and mistakes happen. However they then said 'oh but now there is now a delivery charge that has to come off the refund'... I said no don't be silly, under section 3.35 of the office of fair trading distant selling act the company seller can't do that. And under section 3.46 they must provide me a refund no later than 30 days from cancelling my order. Well today is the 30th day and still no refund and no reply to my e-mails. Absolutely terrible, Don't order from this company, let my experience be a warning.

Ordered an item that was showing in stock, it then took a week for them to come back to me and say they didn't have the item. Terrible website, and some very odd (ie overpriced) pricing.

I was after a new portable video camera for holidays, concerts and spending time with friends and family. Found this website via Google shopping and was immediately impressed with the vast range of products available. I decided to opt for the Sony Bloggie Touch camera as it was within the price range I was looking to spend within and I am also partial to the Sony brand. This is a great wee camera with built in memory and is ideal for sharing videos online. The website promised delivery within two to three days and I am happy to report that I had my camera three days after ordering. Very pleased indeed and would happily recommend this website to anyone with a penchant for games, gizmos and gadgets.

I ordered a sound card from mygamesandgadget at the beginning of March, I had never heard of the company before but found they had a great selection of soundcards to choose from. The order went through successfully and I received an email invoice confirming everything. The soundcard arrived the same week and I had no troubles installing it. All in all a smooth transaction and have the site bookmarked to use again in the future.
