They Take My Money. Nothing Delivered
Ordered and payed (180$) some hearing aid batteries on july 26. Nothing delivered. Their customer care reply to my claims with an automatic answer. Loose my money and my time. Stay away, or pay only after the delivery...
This must be a dishonest review. Our company has excellent customer care and we go the distance to fix customer issues. Just look at our overwhelming positive feedback on Bizrate. We do not have automatic replies to customer inquiries. Customers may contact us by telephone, by Chat on our website, by email or submitting a Case through our website. This sounds like a competitor making up a bogus review simply to hurt our excellent reputation. First of all, no customer loses their money. Shipments have tracking numbers. In the worst case scenario the credit card bank will approve a charge back if delivery of goods cannot be proven by the merchant. We aim to satisfy our customers. Customers who claim non-receipt of goods are re-shipped a replacement shipment or given a refund.
