This company never answers emails and does not keep delivery promises.
I am concerned I have been taken in by this company and will perhaps never received the item I have ordered and paid

I purchased an electric scooter from Metem International BV which developed a fault.
They initially handled my query very well and agreed to send a returns label and issue a full refund, in writing.
Since then they have ignored all my emails, both their Netherlands company and Turkey.
The contact numbers for Netherlands are either dead or permanently engaged.
Strongly advise people to avoid.
