I tried to order my cards online but to no avail so I decided to order over the phone.The lady who took my order was extremely helpful,I told her what I wanted and she did it without hesitation, very helpful and polite and friendly. When the cards arrived 3days after ordering they were fantastic. Well done card zoo just cannot sing your prsises eneough,definitley will spread the word.A very big thank you and a Happy Christmas to all your stzff.

Such a seamless transaction. Was going to order through Amazon but based on a despatch date of 12-21 March thought better of it. This was the Amazon listed supplier, so went to their website. Same product, same price but delivery in 4 days offered. Took plunge, got immediate confirmation, rapid despatch notification and delivery this morning. Ordered Sunday in use Wednesday morning. It can't get much better!

I ordered a camera from Hong Kong at the same time as a memory card from Memory Card Zoo. The camera arrived yesterday and delivery of the card may yet be as long as 5 days time. What service!!! Once bitten, twice shy!!

The chip I received was fine for a few months but then stopped working. I contacted them and after making a few suggestions to try to fix it they said to return it for a refund, which I have received today. I am extremely happy with the way they dealt with this and could recommend them to anyone.

I had been recommended this site from a friend who had bought and R4 card for their DS lite. There are a lot of unreliable sites out there selling these cards so i was happy for the recommendation and i was not disappointed. I received an order confirmation straight away and then received another email when my order was shipped. The other great thing about this place is they only take payment once the items are actually shipped, unlike loads of other online stores that take your money straight away and make you wait! Anyway i received my R4 card ahead of schedule and i couldn't be happier with it!

I purchased an MP3 player for my wife and was unsure of which one to buy. I called them up and they recommend a few models over the phone. Its unusual these days for online retailers to be so helpful to be honest and so it really stood out about how much time they gave me. The purchase itself was easy and it arrived as expected. Id recommend this site before the major players because you get the attention to detail not really found elsewhere.

I might buy from Memory Card Zoo again, but I would not go for the express delivery and pay extra for poor delivery.

I felt I was taking a bit of a risk buying from such an unheard of place, but will certainly buy from Memory Card Zoo again, and have already recommended to a number of friends. It is excellent value for money - the best prices I could find in the UK, with a lot of shopping around. Reasonably easy to find what you need, and the website is fast, even on a modem. All the information you need is clearly displayed. Very good service, speedy delivery was on time. Amusingly different.
