As others have stated they are fine once they have your money but when one needs to return (in my case it was dead) the item you get an unbelievable torrent of abuse. The owner (who must be borderlining on psychosis). When I wanted to return the mindspa he started ranting about how angry he was and he subsequently went on about how things would catch up with me in the future - in several ranting emails.

He eventually insisted I should return "his" property (actually mine until he refunded me). Once received, he then had the temerity to state I had abused the "property" after getting it examined by his technical department (he runs the business from his house) but still refunded after several emails pointing out various distance selling laws.

This man takes things to the extreme if you dare to request a refund, I fail to see how anyone in retail can behave this way, I sincerely believe this "director" has some serious issues and I recommend everyone stays well clear of this "company" !

I just wanted to put a warning out to you all about a company I have had a dealing with in the meditation machine market who have caused me so much stress and anxiety I don't want anyone else to go through the same thing.

They are called www.MeditationsUK.com! My husband purchased a Laxman for me as a gift (the highest value product on their website) and when I used it I felt sick and headachey. That's not their fault at all however the problems happened when we decided to take them up on their 30-day moneyback guarantee. We sent back the item in the condition we received it in. I didn't hear that they had got it so sent them a polite email. I got this response,

"No, we don’t confirm receipt. We believe you sent them by Special Delivery, Have you bothered to track them yourself online to see if we’ve received them ?". We didn't get the refund until we chased it up with them and then got this email

"Very few customers return Laxman systems to us, but when they do, they are careful to ensure that that are returned in good condition. Sadly, this has not happened in your case - you clearly have little respect for other people’s property."

I used the laxman at home on 4 occasions, there was no damage to it when I returned it. Which I thought was particularly odd.

When speaking to them on the phone they were rude and unhelpful and the tone of their emails isn't consistant with a company that are meant to help you to relax.

Needless to say we won't be shopping with them again.
