Lemon Digital Please Can You Enable Clients To Contact You

If Lemon digital reads these comments, can you please enable customers to contact you - your website is down and all numbers and online options to contact you don't work. This is VERY concerning to me as a product I have bought appears to be faulty and the manufacturer requests me to contact you first to discuss and get advice...Please Please if you read this please give customers a way to contact you. Your phone number doesn't even ring! If you have gone out of business please could you let customers know as it is very frustrating not to be able to get in touch, particularly when you were so helpful when I was deciding about which products to buy. thank you

I ordered a Mio satnav from them over Christmas and when it arrived the screen was faulty. I sent them a picture of the screen yet they still had the cheek to tell me they'd charge me £30 if it wasn't faulty - *despite* the fact that the UK's distance selling law says that's illegal to charge anything if an item is returned within 7 days. Plus they didn't even refund me the £8 postage for the return of the faulty item! It's easy to get OK ratings when nothing goes wrong with an order, the mark of a good company is how they deal with problems, and on that front, Lemon Digital fails miserably.

Great Service

I ordered a PowerTraveller Extreme from Lemon Digital. The product was delivered the next day and it was extremely well packaged.

The product is great and charges my IPAD without any issues.

I would be very happy to order from Lemon Digital again. *****

Excellent Service

Bought a Drift camera from Lemon Digital just before Xmas and am very happy with it. I recently bought an external microphone to go with it, which unfortunately didn't work. However, one quick E-Mail to Lemon Digital later, and I'm being sent a replacement straight away. They were very helpful, friendly and I believe provide great customer service. Would definately recommend them to anyone.

Great Service From Lemon Digital

I do not have any connection with Lemon Digital other than as a customer. After reading some of the reviews I was a little concerned with ordering but needn't have been. The service was fantastic. I called first and got through immediately to two helpful chaps who confirmed stock levels and said the item would go out tonight (it was late - about 4.30pm).

True to their word my order turned up at 9.30am today (next-day) via RMSD.

Price was the best ont he web so I am very please.

Con Company Enuf To Hesitate In Shopping Online

DONOT USE THIS COMPANY “THEYSHOULD BE BANNED FROM INTERNET SELLING”. On the 10th June 2011 I bought a Satnav from Lemon Digital, a Mio Navman 500 spirit, it was bought as NEW, or at least that’s what they proclaimed it was, I received the Mio the next day .I knew as soon as I opened the parcel it was going to be a letdown, the box had all ready been used, so had the goods inside i.e. the Mio Navman, The Satnav would not hold a charge .nor make a charge, a complete waste of time and effort. I tried the nice approach on contacting Lemon Digital; I explained the goods were faulty, could I have another in its place, Lemon Digital said NO, they informed me I would have to contact Navman direct and ask them for a code, in order to fix the Satnav,I politely declined and returned the Satnav as faulty goods and asked for my money back ,at a further expense of £7 P.O delivery, I am still waiting for my cash refund, it’s now 12/07/11 and still no money has been returned ,after several phone calls and e mails, they promised the world and delivered a fat zero. They are proclaiming the goods they sell are New and fit for purpose, well I am afraid you will find it’s the opposite; the goods they are selling are returns that are re -packaged and sent immediately back out to unsuspecting customers like me or you, so don’t be fooled. Should you choose to disregard this review, it will most definitely be at your peril and expense, Do yourself a favour and wait until there’s a sale in the High Street stores, at least you will not be troubled with second hand dodgy goods from Lemon Digital! Another crucial point to note is the positive reviews that have been written on Lemon Digital, they are all written by and on behalf of, Lemon Digital themselves .Fact

You called us asking for a refund as your goods were apparently faulty, we said yes, fine, however, being a Navman product you would have to give them a quick call first to report the fault.

Not once did we deny you the right to send back the "Second Hand" sat nav.

As regards to the £7 p.o delivery, you said it was sent with Royal Mail but £7 doesnt relate to any kind of special delivery service, If the amount of £5 and above was paid, there would have been a full tracking number, which no one has seen yet! If you do have a tracking number then please let us have it! This way we can chase it up with Royal Mail, and if a claim needs to be made then it will!

However, as explained before, we disagree that you have posted it back to us, we have received no tracking number let alone a parcel.

Your claims do seem to be somewhat childish dont they? If you check out our eBay and Amazon accounts you will see we have near on 100% positive feedback on both platforms! No one ever complains about receiving "second hand goods"

With all of that in mind, it is looking quite clear who the con man really is here.

Having Read Previous Reviews Of Lemon Digital I Wa

Having read previous reviews of Lemon Digital I was undecided whether to use them. Reviews were 50/50. I placed my order for the Mio Sat Nat V735 using their very easy and user friendly website. The Sat Nat was considerably cheaper than anybody else. No money was taken from my account until the goods were dispatched. The goods arrived by Royal Mail Special delivery as specified and on time. Being somebody who is very cautious about Internet shopping I was extremely relieved about the promt and secure service I received from Lemon Digital, their only downside is that they don't notify you that they have dispatched the goods, therefore you cannot be certain as to when they were sent or when they are going to arrive. I would recommend that anybody wanting a Sat Nav or similar device go to their website and give them a go. Hope this review helps.

The Product Listed On The Website Is A Pan Europea

The product listed on the website is a Pan European GPS FM traffic antenna (Garmin product # 010-00566-18). The product sent was a UK only model (Garmin product # 010-00566-02). The product was not as advertized. Was told when I phoned that there is a statement at the top "Free Lifetime Traffic Subscription for the UK from Garmin" and therefore I should have known that it wasn't the Pan European model that I desired. I've sent the unit back for a refund but I expexct trouble. By the way I'm in Canada and it cost a lot of extra money for me to ship the unit back. Their error at my expense! Not good business practices, bait and switch.
