I just wish to thank you for your excellent service. I ordered a Sovereign UB player on Thursday 9 November 2017. I received it by 1:00 pm the next day.

Rang and explained my car stereo had failed, I asked for a simple model not too complicated. They recommended a model, and within the hour it was fitted and set up with stations tuned in. The staff were very polite and helpful and the shop is really impressive. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new stereo as I couldn't fault the service I received

My 90+ year old partially sighted mother- in-law recently had a problem with her Sovereign USB memory stick player. Your service was exemplary. Following our phone call, we returned it to you for investigation on Friday. The next thing we knew was the box was sent back to us fully restored on Tuesday. Brilliant service. Thank you.

I had given up hope of finding an MP3 player for those incapable of using the benefits of playing music from a memory stick without the need to press an assortment of buttons just to get it started. One of these turned up for my 95 year old mother, virtually blind and with the memory of a goldfish. This covers all of the basics without frills and fuss. It's portable with rechargeable batteries built in. All you need the start it is to turn a nice big round control, perfect for old fingers and poor eyesight. It gives very passable sound, certainly more than adequate for the aged and/or infirm and capable of playing for hours on one charge. O.K., It doesn't have a screen with loads of fancy options but I don't think many of the target users really wants one. The buttons are large enough to be used if necessary albeit with limited functions of pause, track jump forwards/back and reset to restart it at the beginning. I cannot think of anything else that may be needed. It is the only form of entertainment that my mother can cope with as she cannot see the TV and cannot follow a conversation of more than a few words.

It is so good that I've immediately bought another for use in the bedroom and am seriously thinking of getting more for my grandchildren so that they have an opportunity of listening to traditional stories and learning to concentrate and use their imagination.

One thing puzzles me. How do they do it for the price? The product and service is exceptional. Well done!

The delivery service was superb with tracking available all the way to delivery.

The player looks good and is easy to operate. It has enough volume for a small room. Sound quality quite good but I would have preferred a bit more "top" in the sound. The "next track' button moves the tracks on one at a time OK, but the previous track button only takes you back to the start of the track now playing, and not to earlier tracks which is a bit disappointing. I would have thought that pressing "Previous track" repeatedly would have scrolled back through the tracks.

But overall I would recommend this player as a good buy.

We ordered the Sovereign USB Memory Stick player a few weeks ago. The product was easy to find on the site which was very clear about the specifications of it.
