Liars!
Rang just electricals yesterday to complain about a set of morphy Richards copper accent pans that had discouloured when I had used them on my gas hob. On the website it says they have a 10 year guarantee and they were only bought in sept 2014.
The man on the phone from JE informed me that it was my fault the pans had discoloured and that I must have "had my gas" too high.
I told him that this was ridiculous. He said to send pictures to him via email and he would contact Morphy Richards - who would just tell me the same thing as he had.
He was quite rude and dismissive. I told him I would prefer to contact them myself. He then went on to give me a morphy Richards customer services phone number that was actually a number for a different online shop and not at all morphy Richards.
I googled morphy Richards customer helpline, they were only too happy to help and stated the pans should not discolour and they would send out replacement pans ASAP. They also stated that the representative from just electricals should not be giving out such information and would be investigated!
I would not buy from them again. Terrible customer service.

Dodgy Company - Avoid!!!
Bought a fridge freezer. Heard nothing after numerous emails. Tried to call but no answer. Learnt my lesson, always read reviews. The only reason I managed to get my money back is because I used my mastercard. Awful company, awful experience.

Money Not Refunded....
I ordered a Panasonic BWT 720 and cancelled the order the same day. I was promised a refund via email but never got one despite sending several follow up emails and also trying to telephone (never once got through on the telephone....seems they simply don't answer the phone.....not surprising as I see from other reviews why they are keeping their heads down. I eventually got my money back from Nat West chargebacks team (I paid by visa debit card). I hope the team didn't simply claim the money under their insurance but rather pursued Just Electicals.
So....don't order from them otherwise you will most likely fall victim like I did and will have to spend a lot of time and effort claiming your money back through other channels (and that's only if you've got protection).

Just Electricals Will Not Refund!!!!
I ordered from Just Electricals on the 18th May after finding a washing machine on their website that was slightly cheaper than everywhere else. Big mistake!!! After being taken in by the cheaper price, fast delivery and guaranteed refund within 7 days if needs be, I then found myself constantly chasing the company with regards to delivery only to find the item i had ordered which states in stock on website had been discontinued, this information was only given to me because i called them. They offered to send a similar product in its place but again I was never given definite delivery dates and after a week of waiting i decided to take my business elsewhere, a much needed washing machine was delivered the next day by a different company. Just Electricals are almost impossible to get hold of on the phone and will not reply to any electronic communication that they are sent. I asked for a refund by email and then by phone, during the phone call I made, I was told I would be refunded within 7 business days but this was not the case, I called again and eventually got through and was then told they will not refund me as there bank account is restricted and does not allow them to reverse transactions. I have contacted my credit card company who is chasing this matter on my behalf but it could be months before my account is reimbursed. Do not use this company!!!!!

Money Taken, No Goods Delivered
Ordered a DVD HDD Recorder on 30/05/13. Telephoned on 31/05/13 to ask if I could collect as I needed it in a hurry. Eventually got through after several calls and was told I would be called back as they needed to contact the warehouse. No call came.
Over a week later, the item has still not arrived. Have now bought one from elsewhere and have emailed to say I want a refund, though I am not expecting a response after reading other reviews and will pursue through credit card company.
Good Service With Helpful Delivery Drivers
Had to wait a few days longer than expected for delivery but the delivery men were helpful. Product was as expected.

Absolutely Hopeless Rip Off Merchants
Do not use these people - they took the money for my washing machine on Bank Holiday Monday last week promising "FREE SUPER FAST DELIVERY". Initially promised delivery by end of last week then revised it to Tuesday/Wednesday this week. Now they are not answering the phone nor any of my emails requesting a delivery date. I have requested by email that they refund my card and I will order from a reputable supplier, though I suspect that I will have to use my credit card company to pursue them. Wasted more than a week while the washing has been piling up. Absolutely furious.

Do Not Use This Rip Off Company
Ordered a panasonic dvd recorder, got it quickly in a bashed box, and the dvd door doesnt open. Ex display model is quite clearly faulty. Ignored emails, no one answers the phone or its engaged. I paid with a visa debit, so not sure if i,m protected. DO NOT USE THEM, TAKE THIS AS A WARNING

Your protect by Distance Selling Regulation and threaten with a small claims and keep all logs.

These Guys Are Dodgy As Hell
I bought a plasma TV from them. Set it up - dead pixel in the screen. Took me 3 days to get them to answer the phone (they are not open Saturdays, despite what it says on their website). Finally got an answer and they assured me a replacement would be sent. A week later and nothing. I ring them again - it'll be there on Saturday. At this point I am on holiday 200 miles away. I drive back at 5 in the morning especially. Nothing turns up. Can't speak to them until Monday. Monday - man on phone feigns shock. It'll be there in the next couple of days. A week later - nothing.
DON'T BUY FROM THESE GUYS. THEY ARE DISHONEST AND THEY SELL FAULTY ELECTRICALS.
