Do Not Use This Company (ebay Sale)

Ordered perfume and firstly the perfume did not arrive. I phoned a number of times and finally they answered. The incorrect perfume was sent. It was also a fake. Phoned a number of times and emailed with no answer. Eventually they emailed a response that I may send the Item back.

I sent it as registered mail and obtained proof of delivery. Countless unanswered calls and emails continued. Eventually they replied to an email after I told them my credit card company is performing a full investigation and they said they had not received the Item.

I contacted Royal mail who also performed a full investigation. I have further documentation proving delivery which I will now forward to my credit card company. I have been refunded by the Credit card company however will continue with my investigation in helping the Credit card company recover their loss.

I will be pushing for criminal action to be taken against the Director. People should not be treated this way. I was fortunate that I received compensation (all be it short the delivery charge)however what if I had used my debit card.

Getting A Reply From Joblots2go

I placed an order before Christmas and have never received it - being polite and British, I followed this up in a civilised manner... until I suddenly failed to receive an email reply, they failed to answer their phone, they had their other phone line disconnected and their website went 404.

So I sent two further emails. Within less than three hours of the second email I received a response and SUCCESS, they refunded my payment (albeit with some BS response).

If you're having trouble getting your money back, this is what I did:

I sent the first email on Fri 1 Feb demanding an immediate response to tell me my item had been posted and informing them that if I received no reply I would writing again on Mon 4 Feb demanding an immediate refund. I received no reply, so the second was this:

Further to my email dated 1 February, I am now demanding an immediate refund.

I have tried to contact you by telephone several times on both the number displayed in our email trail, and on the number displayed on your invoice which does not even appear to be connected.

As you are therefore making it impossible to speak to someone in person, I expect to receive an immediate response to this email confirming that the refund has been processed to cover the full amount taken from my account on 15 December as per the attached transaction confirmation.

I am filing a dispute with my account provider. Should this not be resolved today, I will also be contacting Rogue Traders and considering taking civil action against the appointed Director of JOBLOTS2GO LTD UNIT 11, STECHFORD TRADING ESTATE, LYNDON ROAD STECHFORD, BIRMINGHAM, B33 8BU, who is evidently registered as the Director of a number of companies and whose date of birth evidently changes from appointment to appointment on legal documentation.

FYI - Officially, I doubt they have gone bust just yet, if they had, I suspect it would be showing on the Companies House website. Furthermore, [name removed] is NOT the legal registered Director of this company, regardless of whatever informal agreements they may think have taken place, as again, this would have to have been registered with Companies House for it to have any legal standing whatsoever.

Joblots2go Are Liars - Do Not Deal With Them!!

I sent an item back for a refund - got proof of their receipt of the item. Called them to ask where my refund was and was told that the item had been received and it would take 7 business days to refund me. I got no refund. I emailed in several times and called and left voicemails.I got no response. I called my bank's dispute department who said they will deal with them so I emailed one last time to ask where my refund was and tell them they were being investigated by my bank's dispute team. They emailed straight back to say they had never received my item (even though I have proof they did and it was confirmed over the telephone to me that they had it) and I was making a false claim!!!

They are proven liars and are refusing to give me the refund I am entitled to - my advice would be to avoid dealing with them.

I wish I had seen these reveiews before my purchase, if I had I would never have bought from them.

I Wish I'd Never Come Across This Cheating Company

At best JOBLOTS2GO LTD are disorganised, at worst fraudulent. I placed an order in early December. Payment was taken straightaway. After a week I sent an email asking when I could expect delivery. I received a reply saying my order had been sent out by first class post but they couldn't track it. Needless to say it never arrived. I have sent countless emails, to which I receive no reply and telephoned dozens of times. The phone is either permanently engaged or just rings and rings. On January 8th, to my great surprise, the phone was answered. I spoke to a polite man who said his name was Rob. He agreed to send out a replacement for my "lost" order that very day. I thanked him. I asked him to send me an email when this was done. No email, no item, no replies to my emails, no answer to telephone calls. Now there is some kind of block on the website so it is not possible to request a refund. If anyone knows how to do this through google wallet please post the information. My advice to future potential purchasers is just do not use this company. You will regret it.

Having placed my original order on the 28 Dec 12, I am yet to receive my goods and it is now 21 Jan 13. Initially, taking in to consideration the number of actual working days over the New Year period, I waited the requisite maximum of 9 days it was stated delivery would take before contacting JOBLOTS2GO (14 Jan 13). Having tried many times to contact the company via phone, I finally got through only to be told that the company had not returned from Christmas break until the 5th of Jan, thus the order was not processed until the following day. This was not stated on the website (which has subsequently been closed for upgrade) at the time of purchase and I would certainly not of used their company if it was. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone

Counterfeit Goods

I ordered a copy of 'The Wire - Complete'. It was late arriving, such that I ordered another from Amazon. Both were then received, and I compared them. At this point I discovered that JobLots2Go's product appeared to be counterfeit.

The packaging quality was reduced; e.g. fuzzy laserjet quality graphics and text, and the ink colours were different. The DVDs exhibited similar quality and it appeared they had been label printed. When placed in a computer, the discs showed as 4.7GB rather than the real article’s 7.3GB. The media information for the disc showed the original as pressed and the counterfeit as recorded.

I then promptly returned the item for a refund and have heard nothing since. I am currently pursuing them via my credit card company, and have reported them to Trading Standards.

ordered dvd box set early december, didnt arrive as promised within 7 working days, impossible to contact the company by phone and then over christmas, guess what, their website went down for website maintanence, finally got through to them in mid january and they said you will get a refund minus the delivery charge?

I am still awaiting the refund

Dvd Set Ordered And Paid For 6th December.still Waiting!

I placed my order on the 6th December. Item had still not arrived by the 21st December so I rang them. I was told that the item was not in stock (!)at this time but that the dvds would be posted out to me on th 27th December. I asked him to confirm this to me via email which he did.

Waited and waited. Still no delivery by the 7th January so I tried ringing them again.............no answer on any of the numbers which I have been ringing every day since.

On the 10th January, I had an email from them telling me that my order would be delivered by Interlink on the 11th January and that I should ensure that someone would be available to sign for the parcel. The email also gave me the consignment number and parcel number relating to Interlink.Nothing was delivered..........

14th January rang Interlink who told me that they hadn't yet received the parcel from joblotsnottogo..........

14th and 15th January - tried ringing all the numbers again with no success neither are they answering my emails.

It took a long time to earn the money to buy this present.

I WILL NOT GIVE UP.

There should be an option at the bottom of the page to choose English UK. If not just select US. This is what I did and got a reply from them. They said I'll be getting a refund, fingers crossed.

hi, i made an order with this lot on 27th dec still no dvd's! But reading these reviews i'm maybe jumping the gun hopeing they would be here!! I just want a refund they were for a Birthday present which has past!!! i have asked the company twice and have recieved no email or refund!! i tried on google wallet it is telling me they don't have my laguage (english GB) they only have english US!!! can any one help me out on what to do now please!!

UPDATE 21ST JANUARY.

Dvds arrived on Friday 18th January.............sigh of relief.

I won't be buying ANYTHING from them again.

I'll post the 2 other telephone numbers I found for them tomorrow.

Don't Even Think About It

Ordered box set of DVDs before Christmas which never arrived. No communication from company until I emailed Google wallet asking for mediation - which sparked an email which promised I would receive the goods shortly after Jan 5th. Goods still did not arrive so requested a refund through Google wallet - which I received.

Website has been inoperative since Christmas with message 'shop undergoing maintenance will reopen 19th Jan'

Don't even think about buying from this outfit who promise bargain prices but fail to deliver
