I needed two little mic stands for my drum kit, but based on the price from Inta-audio (via Amazon), I thought they'd be rubbish. So I (cautiously) ordered one just to see what it was like, and now it has arrived I've just ordered my second.

I ordered some athm50x headphones from his company on Monday they were the best priced and with free next day delivery i received them on Tuesday, they were packaged great and the sound is amazing 10/10

Item ordered through Ebay, was very reasonably priced and delivery was fast. I also had notifications that my order had been receiced, and when it haf been dispatched. It was also well packaged. Would definately reccomend.

First time I had used this company and it will be the last.

First item I ordered- I never received it, they said they'd resend and didn't. Still no refund or item. Its been weeks.

Second order - Incorrect item sent. Refusing to sort it to be collected and exchanged for correct item. Emails being ignored, they have made no attempt to collect the item. Getting fed up of emailing them now.

They can't even sent a simple order out. Avoid this awful company, unless you want to waste weeks trying to rectify their mistakes and incompetence.

Feels sorry for anyone having to deal with Jamie. He’s awful.

I purchased the I7 Ultimate Music PC recently and it was delivered on time, in very secure packaging and with very good care. The machine is a beast and am currently enjoying loading up my Cubase 7.5 and all my vst instruments and plug ins onto it. The communication between myself and Inta Audio has been excellent, with tips and advice freely available and offered, and also advice on which best pc suited my set up. Overall, so far, I cant fault a single thing. Top product and excellent service.

What a great service. Started by talking my PC through with an advisor who was so helpful in pointing me in the right direction, explaining that I should run multiple drives, upgrade the motherboard and run a triple head graphics card. The machine was delivered as specified, however I had a few teething problems - Ram issues and no fireWire card fitted. A quick call to you guys and things were sorted. The guy who built my machine organised for new Ram and a FireWire card to be sent overnight and guided me through installing it. Job well done - particularly as I had a project to start the very next day. He really pulled out all the stops for me and went that extra mile.... A big thanks!

I only wish other suppliers could be as professional as you guys.
