Ordered a computer monitor on 17 Dec and still not arrived.

They said carrier could not find my house, it been in the same place with same address since 1862.

Resent a week ago and still not appeared.

The worse experience ever. Never, never order anything from this company, they have no customer skills. My order never arrived and all I was told was to contact the courier company. Never again!!!

Ordered my router over 20 days ago. I have emailed and called them with no response. The web page just says processing but they took my money the day I ordered which is against visa policy's. Visa does not want its cards charged before shipping.

Awesome service. Within minutes of ordering online received a phone call verifying my order. Then received several emails telling me that order was being processed and shipped. Received order the next day and product was well packaged and works a well. Best online service i've ever had, would recommend and will be using again. Thanks in2digital !!!!!!!!!!

Have only purchased a few things in In2digital but they have always had the connections and components that I've needed. Staff are very helpful and the website is easy to use. No complaints really

tried to buy an acer computer from here .... order was taken , money taken from my account and ...nothing ..phoned to see what was happening ...told me the price was wrong ..so you can't have it ...they said they will refund my money ..but to be honest they should not advertise false prices ....trading standards were contacted and will be taking action againt this company for misleading advertising .

I ordered the above items for my brother for birthday. Have not looked yet, as for a present but the quality looks good and the colour too. Delivery was excellent.

Brilliant experience, item arrived within a few days, in excellent condition, fantastic price no complaints, noticed they sell household items too so will definatley be checking them out in the run up to xmas as well.

I have ordered a plantronics BACK BEAT 903+ headset last week and I still haven't got it delivered. I tried to contact In2digital people by phone and email, but there is no response and my order status in their website shows "processing", I don't what they mean by that. I will never use this site again.

Always good prices and good shipping times. Got a new netgear router. Ordered on Tuesday, arrived next day. Simples....

Excellent price and service, plus the bonus was the P&P to Ireland was very reasonable compared to other sellers. Would recommend.
