Rip Off Merchants
Goods ordered were 'delayed' so I requested a refund, granted after much messing with a 30 day delay. Time went by and company went bust.
Apparently they have set up shop as awsomeprice.com.

4 Months Later.......
I ordered 4 coffee machines for my work and payed over £200. I weas told it would take 10 days for deliver. after 15 days i called and they said it would be with me by monday. so tuesday arrived and i called again.....it will be with you by monday.
7 times i was told this.
its now been 4 months and i still do not have my items and to make things worse the website has now ceased!!!

Never have anything to do with this company. I gave them the benefit of the doubt after reading all of the poor reviews. I now know they were all true.
They got nearly £400 out of me and I'm not likely to hear from them again.
I have informed both the police and trading standards and hope that they are all brought to justice.
They have closed their site down and have moved trading premises. Never have anything to do with that man as he must have known what was going on. He has apparently moved from that address now. If anyone knows the whereabouts of any of the people working for B&F Solutions Limited then notify the police immediately. I'm sure they would be grateful of your assistance.
If I would have known that these people never delivered on their promises or never had any stock available prior to my order, I would have never used them.

A traves de esta web pedí un teléfono móvil, llevo un mes ya esperándolo, y en teoría este pedido tendría que haber llegado a la semana siguiente. Estoy muy decepcionado cn esta compañía ya que tampoco cntestaron los 3 e-mails que yo les envié en referencia al pedido. No se si es poca profesionalidad, o una estafa.

I have just registered on this site to share this information. And sorry for length of message but if you want your money back, it's worth reading as it might help you.
I used imperialprice.com website and checked out using their shopping basket process. The payment was processed by online payment provider "MB*Moneybookers.com" aka "Skrill.com" (not sure what the connection is). I used a VISA debit card from HSBC.
As the item was not delivered, I like everyone else tried countless times to contact the filth who run the cos & had no success.
So I sent an email to Skrill.com asking for their help (& frankly not holding out any hope). They replied & told me
"Skrill is an online payment provider and our responsibilities are limited to processing online payments according to the instructions you provide us with." , but if after 5 working days the item wasn't delivered (& it wasn't) then they
"would consider your claim as a confirmed non-delivery, leading to eventual further actions that we might be in the position to take in that matter"
5 days later I emailed them again asking sarcastically what action they were going to take now ( I had no expectation that anything would happen). But on Monday I got an email confirming they had refunded me in full and today the full £574 is back in my bank account.
I hope this information is useful to someone.

Here is more confirmation, (if it was needed) that the people who ran this company were not to be trusted at all.
The oven that I ordered and paid for from them and for which I was kept waiting for nearly 2 months, was ordered from a local supplier in town. 10 days (yes TEN days) later is has been delivered and only now have I had to pay for it!
There really should be a way to stop pond life like them running companies.

Took my money and never delivered. Website now appears to be shut as well as all of their contact numbers. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!
Same thing happened to me. I paid nearly £400 for a fridge/freezer. They have moved from Fenchurch House and I noticed that Flat 11 where they were operating from has been sold. Our money has probably been used to purchase their new place.
I have reported them to the police and to Trading Standards. Hopefully they will be traced and arrested. Tricksters like these need to be in prison for a very long time.

I wish I had reviewed this company before placing my order!
Really poor service, with no communication and 10 days later (and paying £8 for postage!) I still haven't received my order although they took payment straight away.
I have only received one email back from them which was barely in English and asked for information that I had already provided.
I wish I had paid extra elsewhere and actually had the product to do the DIY I had planned to use it for last weekend.
I paid using Amazon payments, so thought this would be safe (silly me) but the order does not show up on Amazon, so there goes that comfort factor!!

Ordered in June 13 something that soon became apparent they didn't even have in stock (I now don't believe they don't have any stock, its not even a busines. They agreed to return my money but 2 months later after many emails. They still haven't returned my money. Looking into the company, b&f solutions, its just 2 blokes with £100 worth of assets & the address for the company is either their accountant's or a po box & the other address is likely a po box. If I'd lived anywhere near either of these addresses, near fenchurch street station I would've already gone to find them and kicked the life out if them both.
Treat any good or avg review as what it is - the owners of the company name. Do not buy from them. Be warned!
Avoid - Imperial Price Are Going Under
Avoid these guys like the plague, there is little doubt they are going under. All phone lines are unobtainable, and the Main Site is full of excuses not help. The main phone number is now "number unobtainable" tone, and all Customer Service routes are blocked or cant be used. STAY AWAY, they are going under there is little doubt. They would get zero stars from me, but have to give at least one star to get this published. Seriously guys, stay away they are going under.
