First they sent me a. cracked screen and then promised to to replace it and never arrived This was through Amazon so you believed you where with a trust worthy firm but not the case

When is signed up for an account with ILGS to order a couple of SSDs, they emailed my password to me in plain text as part of the confirmation email. There is absolutely no excuse for doing that, ever under any circumstances!

I got in contact with them to point out that they weren't following basic security best practises, but I never heard anything back from them.

They also didn't reply to me when I tried to make them aware that the change password function on their website isn't working, which is particularly frustrating given that their poor security just compromised the random password that I was using and now I have no way of changing it in order to secure the account.

Now to top it all off, they have randomly cancelled my order without any explanation. The same item is currently showing as in-stock on their site, but at an inflated price.

The ILGS web site is also rather slow and the checkout process is overly complicated. All in all, an extremely poor and thoroughly disappointing experience from start to finish!

ILGS don't even deserve one star. I will certainly never buy anything from ILGS ever again.

I was worried because I'd read some negative reviews about the retailer, but I have to say that my transaction was smooth and my graphics card was delivered really fast. Moreover, I contacted their customer service in order to get my tracking number, and I was impressed with the response time and professionalism shown.

On the downside, they could still work on their website as it sometimes does not work properly:)

Paid next day delivery never turned up, rubbish company never buy again

I wanted a new TV and looked at a Samsung 40 inch smart TV having looked at review sites I opted for the 4600 rather than the 4664 which was a £100 cheaper but the same spec so looking round the web I found ILGS that were offering the TV £70 less than anyone else so ordered. After I had placed the order I went on a review site which gave ILGS a very poor rating so I was worried. I should not have been. I received a conformation on my purchase the next day and 2 days later a delivery date which was the following day and in the morning a text giving me a 1 hour window. The TV arrived bang on time and the product is as shown and its BRILLIANT. I cannot praise the company enough and I will definitely go there again.

Ordered yesterday and they arrived in less than 24 hours. Best price I could find on Internet, great service.

Was a bit sceptical of ordering online however service Was surprisingly brilliant. Ordered on Monday before 2pm . Received a call from a friendly gentleman to confirm delivery details. TV delivered at 1pm Tuesday. Keep it going and you will succeed.

ILGS as go the best price for my purchase. The best part is this: the dispatch is immediately. I am told that I will get it next day. I am impressed and pleased.
