Purchased Audiolab M-DAC - ex-dem product at great price and I would challenges anyone to distinguish it from a new one. Delivery in less than 24 hours. Why would anyone take a chance on some internet-only dealer just to save a couple of pounds when there are long-established specialists as good as this. I look forward to using Hutchinsons again for my next purchase.

I purchased a Bose Cinemate system from Hutchinsons online after doing the usual searches. They are not only an approved Bose retailer, but had a system that was available much cheaper than any other online at the time.

My order was very close to the Xmas rush, but Hutchinsons had delivered the item to me within two days of the order, without any extra cost to the P&P!

When opening the box, I wanted to install the speakers onto my existing Bose speaker stands, for which I needed some extra parts (parts that I may have lost over the years). I contacted the sales people at Hutchinsons and James very kindly put me in touch a man at Bose who could supply the bits at a reasonable cost.

I'm sure that I am not the only person out there who finds their approach to superlative customer service most refreshing. I will definitely be returning for future purchases and will be recommending to anyone I know.

Over the last three weeks, since purchase of a Wharfedale SPC12 subwoofer,I have been recipient of a level of help and advice that is the mirror image of that given by the manufacturer and even though I have had to return the goods to Hutchinsons through an unhappy mix with my existing stereo system, (See separate review) I feel absolutely sure where my next A/V purchases will be and they will deserve it too. In a World dominated by online retailers and box movers, it is a delight to find a more specialist, high Street company that actually cares about its customer. Five stars for you Hutchinsons and that is only because I can't give you six.

ordered the Bose headphones I wanted at the cheapest price I could find for a bose authorised store. Got a tracking number 20 mins later and the next morning they arrived, very well packed and shipped FOC. It was smooth and will deffo use again.

Very happy with hutchinsons.com, ordered a Bose lifestyle 235 in white and recieved it the next day. £600 lower than the competition and very reasonable postage of 6.99 compared to the other stores I researched

I called the store and spoke to a man by the name of James before I paid as I was not sure how to connect it to my samsung led. He drew out the connections and emailed me a scan, he recommended the right cables to get and suggested some that they sell but never gave me the hard sell so that was nice.

I will definatly return and cant wait to show my friends my nice new bose system
