I just had my Eventide H910 repaired by a guy at HHB.

He was patient and dug in the extra miles to get the unit sounding as good as it could without racking up the hours.

I had a piece of audio equipment fail after only a month, and so found, through the manufacturer's website, the local service and support agent for that brand of equipment. They put me in touch with HHB Communications Ltd, who very quickly resolved the issue. They were friendly, professional, and went out of their way to be accommodating. It was only a small item from an individual, so there was no great financial incentive to do such a great job, but they did a great job anyway - which in my book is the hallmark of a great company. So I thought I'd let others know what a brilliant bunch of people they have working for them. A seriously decent company - even to the little guy.
