i never received the headsets, never got my money back even though they said refund was issued, now web site was shut down. and. phone number i got one one answers, just filed paper with mastercard for them get my money back, scam

I placed an order of sennheiser px100 headphone 2 weeks ago, never received an order confirmation even after the pay pal echeck was cleared. So I sent several emails to the seller for an update. Never heard a single word. It feels like your order was made in a black hole, as well as the payment. So I searched for review on this com pay and now I am sure I made a mistake. Well, never been in a trap like this with online purchase. Guess lessons learned. This is a fake business to trick for your money. This site should be banned completely to avoid more victims. I just claimed for a dispute via pay pal, and hope I get the money back.

I also purchased PX100 headphones but was immediately wary when they arrived in unmarked wrapping and without a hard case. Since then (2 weeks ago) they have developed a loose connection type fault and one of the pads fell off the headset. I did however get a response to my complaint email which siad send them back but not sure if I should after reading this site!

I agree with the other reviewers: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I never received the product I purchases, and they have not replied to any emails.

I agree witht he other two reviews, do not touch this company their goods are completely fake, I already own sennheisser PX200-11, these are nothing like the real thing, they do not answer e-mails and you cannot log into your account, i have raised an issue with paypal and will be scalating it to a fraudulant claim

Purchased Sennheiser headphones for our son for Christmas but one earphone went silent after a couple of months. This company not interested in replacing them. Won't use again.
