I bought my new mobilephone via this shop and was quite happy to find such a cheap offer. Afterwards I realized that the Goods come from China with long delivery time.

Furthermore my manual is written in Mandarin and the Plug-In-Connector is made for the asien-market, so i got an adapter.

I am totaly disapinted of this shop.

I paid directly ba credit card and beside I contaced them a few times a haven´t received an offcial invoice for my purchase. This is a nogo!!!

I bought a smartphone and it was cheaper than the official price. Got lucky and had a voucher code of 5euros and got eben cheaper. You get to know the specific sending situation through email and the post system, once it has been officially sent.

The phone came in a week which came specific with notification of sending situation(packed and so), along with sending-following system.

Was really happy to receive my order much faster than anticipated and could track it easily as well. The goods were as described and really happy with it so far. Would definitely recommend them or use them again. Did not have to make use of the customer service so cannot evaluate it.

Odering was easy and without any problems, service (facebook support and e-mail)is ok, only shipping times are long... therefor only 4 stars

I would buy again. First I was wondering if it comes to us such a long way from Asia. But it works and the product - mobile phone - was absolutely great.
