my first time buying from them a couple weeks ago. thought i would not get my item and to my amazement, my printer i purchased shows up today. i guess it arrived within the time frame they indicated but it could of been faster delivery. overall, very happy about saving almost half of what the printer usually cost here in the US.

I opened an account , placed and order and paid through a weird foreign sytem that used a french bank address, you cannot pay with a card or Paypal. once I paid I had a "thanks for your order no 5076" pop up. But there is no reference to the order anywhere in my account history. I called the number on the website but its just answer machine and the company address in the UK has 829 other companies trading from there so it must be a virtual paid address. The facebook and twitter are non starters, I think I have lost my money.

I own a small IT firm out of Menlo park California. I order several servers from Grayriver and half arrived damaged. My 1st though was i was ripped off. I immediately emailed there support and received a reply within 30 minutes with a Fed Ex shipping label to return the defective items. The replacement servers arrived 3 days later. I loved the fast action of this small company to please its customers.

I bought a coffee maker a week ago and was just delivered this morning. Wow, fast delivery. i was nervous about buying from a new company but now i will be ordering a laptop for my daughter. You cant beat the prices.

Just received delivery of my Blackwire headset from Grayrivertech.com... cheap prices, delivery was standard 7 days and best of all, it was not broken when it arrived. I would definitely shop there again, but the only draw back is they do not offer express delivery.
