I bought a GTX 480 SOC (super overclocked) from OcUK. Within a few days it was found to be faulty but after I sent it back to OcUK they couldn't find the fault and returned it to me. I then decided to go straight to Gigabyte. I got an RMA number and sent it off. Within the first week it was declared faulty and they said that they were waiting for a new part to fix it. I called them and they said that they were going to replace my card with a GTX 580 OC (overclocked) free of charge and that it would be another 2 weeks for it to get to me. Within those 2 weeks I had a new 580! My whole turnaround time was 3 weeks which was excellent considering there were so many bank holidays in that time and the royal wedding aswell!

One thing I disliked was the fact that they didn't email me at all and I had to keep calling them for updates and the tech support were extremely slow to respond - the RMA team were really quick and helpful though.
