Do Not Buy From Them Or Vouchers Selling There Equipment

I bought a voucher for a multimedia DVD player from this company the DVD player was faulty, sound decreased in volume and player speeded up, it took ages just trying to get in contact with this company by using there online ticketing system I wanted to know where to send back this faulty player. I told them the problem and could I please have the address to send it back. It took them four days to reply and all they said was sorry for the inconvenience can I provide details with the fault. I then replied that I had told them the fault can you please tell me where to send it back . I'm the mean time I contacted the voucher company ( mighty deal) it took them four days also to get back to me to tell me they would contact the company as to where I send the goods back. The company did mail me there return address so I sent back faulty player, they received player as registered the postage. I haven't heard a word from them! Been a month now. I'm having problems with the voucher company not contacting me regarding a refund so I contacted credit card company who said don't buy goods with vouchers as voucher people have supplied you with voucher so they have done there side of the transaction, credit card company can not put in a dispute with geneewenee as money wasn't paid to them directly by me. I guess this is why www.geneewenee.com have used a second party ie vouchers! So that they take people's money and give them nothing.

I also bought a multimedia DVD which would not play any of my DVDs . After 23 emails to the company and 16 to the voucher company, plus varied threats about suing them, eventually got my money back.

So to any customers of Genee Wenee and GoGroopie, either don't use them or

persevere with the emails and 'grind the b-----s down'.

It does work!!

Never Buy Anything From Genee Wenee!

I was sent a faulty game console by genee wenee and they were not willing to take any responsibility for it. Apparently they have a 30 day warranty on products. I contacted them within 30 days to inform them the game console will not charge and they told me to buy a new charger and try that. Replacing the charger did not work (the fault was in the game console!) and when I informed them they told me your 30 days are up and we can't do anything! I am extremely angry that they are not willing to do anything about it. They do not offer a customer telephone number and take a really long time to reply to emails. They are sending out faulty products and delay responding There is no guarantee or warranty beyond 30 days for their products. I sincerely advise you DO NOT TO PURCHASE FROM GENEE WENEE!

Bought a code through VoucherCloud and unable to process the voucher at checkout as shipped said on line order no address - Total rip off and no call details to speak to anyone.

Save your money and don't get ripped off!!!

I bought an android tablet for my son last year for xmas. Bought it in Sept but he didn't start using it till Dec. It kept cutting out & shutting down and wouldn't take a charge within a month.

Contacted the company, sent the tablet back (at my cost) & paid to have them return a new one. This worked ok for several months but stopped working again about Aug/sept. Wont take a charge or turn on at all now and when it would work it cut out after a minute. Contacted the company again who said they were not willing to do anything.

I contacted Citizens advice and they advised me about the Sale Of Goods Act where they are responsible if goods are not fit for purpose for up yo 6 years and i shouldn't be out of pocket sending it or having it returned. They said i could send my tablet back but at my expense and i "better be sure" its faulty as they will charge me to have their experts check it and if its not faulty. (Good luck to them cos it wont even switch on). I sent it recorded delivery. They signed for it on 7th Oct. I contacted them on 10th October as no one had even had the courtesy to contact me to let me know it had been received. I was given a very rude response just saying give us time to check it. I said that was fine but they could have had the courtesy to let me know they had it. I emailed again 2 weeks later as they made no contact and i didn't know what was happening. I contacted them again forwarding my email chain so they can see its me doing all the work but they were ignoring my emails. They contacted me last week (ONE MONTH AFTER RECEIPT) to say they have checked it and it has not been used properly and may have been mis-used! I am absolutely disgusted and furious as my son has respect for his goods and has certainly not mis-used it. Surely if it were damaged they wouldn't have taken a month to spot it? They are COWBOYS. They are ripping the public off and I would not trust this company or it's rude obnoxious incompetent Customer Service staff. I have even offered, at my expense, to have the item independently checked, I have demanded return of the item for this to take place, the company have ignored my offer and demand for the return of my property. I have asked for a copy of their so called inspection that they claim found the item to show signs of mis-use, again they have refused to respond to this request. Its my opinion they will not discuss the report or return of the item because they have carried out no such investigations and it is simply a case that they know the product is faulty and an independent test would prove this, thus proving their liability for the problems. I have also replied quoting Sale of goods act and have now contacted my solicitor, trading standards, watchdog and the police as they have my goods and are making no effort to refund me or return my goods and I intend to go through the small claims court now. They have no contact telephone number or direct email address to contact them. You have to use their online 'support' system which is an absolute joke. Their staff don't have a clue and don't care.

I contacted them via Facebook and Twitter and never got any response or acknowledgement!! It is all very shady! Avoid this company at all costs and please spread the word to anyone you know NOT to use them. Go elsewhere.

I have since contacted the voucher company explaining they are liable as they are promoting this company and they are the ones who sold me the voucher so they will be required to go to court when i take it to small claims court. I also advised I was now involving the media. They came straight back to me with an apology and full refund. And after i passed them email chain and the link to this page of reviews of their faulty goods and trail of unhappy customers they have ceased working with this company too.

Warning Dishonest Scam

AVOID PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

On 15/02/2013 I purchased a 9" Android tablet, via a coupon site from geneewenee. Reading the reviews above I suffered the same problems as everybody else. Initially it worked ok but after a few weeks the tablet battery was only holding the charge for 15 mins.

I contacted the company and spent the next 2 months exchanging e-mails with them, dealing with 5 different members of their staff. They were only interested in getting me to part with more money. I did not return the tablet to them and when they looked for a substantial sum to upgrade I gave up.

The trading standards office wherever they are based needs to shut them down as they are doing serious financial damage to dependable companies.

I Purchased A Sports Watch From Gennewenne. When I

I purchased a sports watch from gennewenne. when I got the watch, it said on it "rain proof". So I emailed them and said to them that the waterproof watch you sent is not water proof, as it says on the box. They told me that it is waterproof, but you can't take it into deep water. they said it's ok in pools. I was not convinced, so I put the watch in a glass of water. The watch failed with flying colours, it let water in and now half the screen is not working. I contacted them, then they acused me of taking it into deep water, I told them I put it in a glass of water. They have now stopped all correspondance with me.

Please pass on to your friends about how horendous this company is. Avoid at all costs.

Be very careful using this company, in fact don't use them at all. They have a reputation of not sending out your goods and are not helpful when trying to get to the bottom of events. They are happy to take your money and take customers for a ride. Cleary its happened to too may people for this to be legit. Ignore reviews on their website as they are meaningless. Don't deserve any stars but had to put something in to complete the review.

Bike Bag

I bought this cycle bag and because I have been busy I have not had time to go out on my bike and when I finally did the strap that holds it round the stem tore off and when I contacted them I got the reply that after 7 days from taking the item it was to late which I think is totally wrong so very dissatisfied and would not go to them again.

Do Not Buy From These Utter Skumbags*, The More I

DO NOT BUY from these utter skumbags*, the more I sarch for review site to spread the word about them, the more i see what utter skumbags* they are.

They never sent out my product as I am in Ireland, they know their "wait 19 days" policy coincided with their "no investigations after 21 days" policy so they get away with not sending it.

I complained about the non arrival, they said tough, and accused me of being a thief. This is whagt they actually sent me, never come across such skum* as this:

Mr. Murphy,

You have failed to report to us if the product is not delivered within the stipulated time-frame.

We have proof of postage and the product has not been returned back to us undelivered. Therefore we have firm reasons to believe that you may have already received the product and are just faking that you didn't receive in an attempt to steal some money from us.

Furthermore, when we do not fall into your scam, you are trying to harass the female members of my staff using indecent and inappropriate language. I am sure you must be aware that we can make a police complaint against you for this and the consequences that come with it.

Should the need arise, I will not hesitate in taking further actions against you.

I completely agree with you. They do not care about their customers and speak to them like they are worthless. I have fallen victim to them also. They have given me faulty goods and refuse to refund me or return my goods and have apparently had their 'techie's' check out my tablet and say it has been mis-used. Couldn't even get it to switch on so no chance of mis-using it.

They Robbed Me - Genee Wenee - Notebook

If I could give no stars I would. I am absolutely appalled at this company. I bought one of their notebooks and it didn't work so i sent it back.... that was 8 months ago and i still havn't gotten it back. I have sent numerous legal threats and have not received any response. I am planning on persuing legal action as it cost me over €170 for this. I hope you do not buy anything off this company and experience what I have and from what I am reading I am not the only one. This company is a sham and it is disgraceful that they are allowed to continue to trade. I can only hope that others will learn from my experience and avoid getting ripped off. It's companies like this one that force us to doubt others and pull back on shopping online which just isn't fair to the legitimate traders

I have had the same experience as you. They actually had the cheek to ask me to send them STG 89 to replace the product that never worked. I wonder how many people would have fallen for this trick...
