I ordered a laptop sleeve off their admittedly slick looking website. 8 working days after they tell me it was dispatched it still hasn't arrived. They offer no parcel tracking information and won't reply to my emails. I am about to claim my money back from my credit card. Avoid.

I ordered something online from them, but their system never finished processing so I never got a confirmation that the sale went through. I contacted them to ask if it did, and they said it didn't go through, and told me to re order it. This was several days after my email, and I had since bought it elsewhere. I emailed them I was not going to reorder, and over a month later, I get it in the mail. To send it back is over half the price of the product, so I emailed to ask if they were going to reimburse me for the shipping as well. They assured me they would, but never did.

This company's communication and customer service is awful. Anything they sell you can buy from more reputable dealers.

Website indicated item I wanted was out of stock, GearZap sent email confirming this. Next day the item was delivered...what service!

It is a beautiful cover. Not leather but feels like it. It is padded and so a great protection for the Kobo should it fall. I like the feel of it and because it is very light the weight of the Kobo is not increased by much.

Altogether a great buy.

There is nothing about it that I do not like.

I wanted a cover for my Kindle but was pretty shocked at the cost of an Amazon one. Shopped around a bit and found the perfect cover with closing clasp, light and carry strap at GearZap. It's not real leather but the quality's good and I'm delighted - even with delivery it was only half the price of the Amazon ones I'd been looking at. Delivery was prompt, too. Result!

Excellent service, all the way from the ordering to letting me know the shipping status to keeping the delivery time to Sweden. Also, they have very competetive pricing compared to swedish online stores.
