Bought a watch that required assembly. The pin to attach the band was too long to fit. Tried to call, the number is not valid. Sent email and reply was they have quality control and it must have happened during delivery, from being dropped. Unless metal can grow, the wrong sized pins were sent. No place on their site to write a review.

Cheap plastic, no instructions, no packing slip., no information on how to return or contact anyone. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!’

I ordered my mop on April 25th, 2020 and I still don't have the product, after multiple requests. First is was blamed on Covid then there was the mail system. I've received several other packages from other companies I've purchased from on-line. No product and no refund. This company is a total joke. I've asked for my refund multiple times and I keep getting BS emails saying their looking into it. How hard is it to refund someones money. I'm just glad I didnt spend a large amount of money with these people. I'll update this if and when I get my money back. They advertise on Facebook so just be careful and dont buy from this company. If I can help 1 person this review was worth it.

This company and it's customer service department are rude!!!! After taking nearly 3 weeks to receive my order it arrived cracked on the edge and not working properly. I gave them a thumbs down on Living Social and got an unpleasant e mail basically calling me a liar for my review. I do not recommend using this company, however this is America and you have the choice to do so! I'm just telling you my experience and based on some of the other comments I'm right on target!!!

The Live Chat agent was so patient to guide me through the purchase process where my credit card got a problem and error pages... She was very knowledgeable, professional and reliable. Strong recommend them to my friends..

I ordered a product over 3 weeks ago and have not received it. It was impossible to contact them via telephone. I emailed them and they tried to tell me that I had not paid for the shipping yet, when my card had ALREADY been charged.

Now 60 Day's later I never received the present.

Till the end of december the shop answerd my mails and said the product was shipped and had a little delay due to the holiday season. Now the don't answer my mail anymoe.

I purchased a camera and it was diffective. i paid to have it shipped back to china and provided them proof of shipment. They kept jerking me around and never refunded me. This is the worst product/customer service entity i've ever delt with. AVOID or be scammed.
