I had a similar experience to the gentleman with the ipad. I bought a digital camera via KGB from Funky-pig.com and have never received it. They said they had sent it then they said my address was wrong then that they had sent it again. KGB just as useless, I bought the goods on 11th December and am yet to receive my goods or a refund from KGB. I also cannot get any answers from Funky-pig.com. appalling service all round. Do not buy from funky-pig .com or from KGB deals. I have bought goods twice from KGB and had problems with delivery both times. Never again!!!!

Bought an ipad cover through kgb and placed order with funky pig on 27th December. Paid for postage through Paypal and received confirmation. When I still hadn't received my goods or any responses from funky pig by 14th January, I contacted kgb.

kgb said funky pig hadn't received my order. Yet, when I provided kgb with my order reference, they then said funky pig had dispatched my order but possibly my delivery address was wrong. I provided kgb with evidence my address was correct (I am used to my address - it's not a complicated thing to get my head around!) and have been fobbed off ever since.

kgb are as much use as a chocolate teapot.

Needs to be closed down.Obviously just a scam.No response from emails,phone calls.Does the office exist?Unfortunately gives mail order and voucher discount deals very bad press.DO NOT BUY from this company

Whatever you do please do not purchase anything from this merchant as you will never receive the goods and will lose your money.

I ordered goods beginning of December 2012, chased it 7 times by email and telephone calls and have been fobbed off by some person, by the sounds of it works in a warehouse!!

To date, 15th January, 2013 the goods have still not arrived and now will be taking it further under the distance selling rules for online purchases etc.

I have given this a 1 star rating even though it doesn't warrant it but that was the minimum I had to put in!!

Bought colour changing shower head in july 12, it worked OK for 4 weeks, september 12 contacted funky-pig requesting details to exchange for new, working one, ignored completely, email 3 or 4 times then received an email asking what I expected them to do about it????????. Wrote to them requesting details of the address where I could send legal papers as I was going to take them to the small claims court, total silence from them and from Wowcher ever since.

I would not be bothered about using the law with most problems, but this bunch need to be made aware that if they treat their customers like they seem to do, then they deserve to be shown that that are criminals.

If anyone out there has an address for their offices please email it to me so that I can sue them in the courts.

Do not use this company. I ordered an item through themon 13th December and nothing, no updates, no nothing. I have emailed them, nothing. There website only has one phone number and that is for business development (that's a joke with their customer skills) but lo and behold, the line is dead. I guess I can kiss my item and money goodbye. Disgraceful. I will be reporting them for fraud and I suggest that others do the same.

Ordered children Y Pad just before Christmas it took 3 weeks to arrive and it was totally rubbish..

Its not digital as it shows in the image. Its mealy a piece of plastic with a photo of a digital screen glued to the front.

Total rubbish

Its so bad, i would feel embarrassed to give it to any child.

Like many others on here I have been scammed by KGB Deals and Funky-Pig.com.

I ordered and paid for a Y-pad for my daughters christmas was reading delivery and deals stuff wait 5-10 days for delivery, this ws at the beginning of the month. kept checking and was informed that all orders would be recieved before christmas, e-mailed them with no reply so, e-mailed KGB they advised item recieved befor xmas which it did not then advised of wrong item, so emailed again.

Now I will sue so compiling report for Traiding Standards and Layers, need info from here so any objections to using info please let me know.

Wish to bad mouth and reputation of KGB Deals and Funky-pig.com.

I fell for the KGB offer Funky Pig shamballa watches, two for £8, plus £6.99 for postage. Advertised as costing £60 normally. Amazon sell them for £6. I was kicking myself for not doing some research. Anyhow, watches arrived, both had severe scratches on the face. Not fit for purpose. Emailed funky-pig. No reply. Why are they still in business and why are KGB dealing with them?

No, no, no! Do not give them a single penny. I bought a quirky showerhead via Wowcher. Paid £3.95 for postage, which was 3 weeks!!! I could have walked from Scotland picked it up and walked home to fit it in half that time! When it arrived it was the wrong one. they give a choice of two and sent the wrong one! You couldn't write it! Anyway, I fitted it and it was nothing like the photos on their website. They show sprays of water coloured by the LEDs in the head. I got clear water running from a showerhead with about 5 small LEDS blinking. I put the lights out to darken the room. Ahhh, now we're talking! About 3 inches of water had a feint tint of colour. Still nothing like the images and I wasn't too sure about showering in darkness! I emailed them and asked for a response and waited......and waited. I gave up and emailed Wowcher who, within a day forwarded to me the email they sent to Funky Pig asking them to respond. I waited again.....and waited. I emailed Funky Pig again and asked them why they feel that their customers are unworthy of even a response? Two days later I got a short email telling me a replacement would be sent on Monday with next day delivery. That's Monday 17th Dec 2012. This is now late evening, Friday 21st Dec and I'm still waiting. I've emailed them again and still I wait. I have now contacted Wowcher again and await their response.

Anyway, anyone interested in an LED showerhead? Why shower in clear water when you can have a relaxing shower in ...erm....clear water for a bargain price of £9.99 (£3.75 postage and you won't wait 3 weeks!!) ?
