I had a problem with my satellite dish (not bought from freeviewshop) which no one could solve, until I rang freeviewshop they quickly diagnosed what was going on. They explained the problem to me in detail and also had appropriate parts that they sold me to sovle the problem.

The items that I received were fantastic qualitly and indeed addressed the issue. Prices were very reasonable also, much cheaper than replacing the dish.

The delivery time was outstanding (next day) and I called them at 10 to five!

They came with printed instructions that were very clear and easy to follow. They told me that I could call for help also if I needed etc (but it was very easy to sort so I didn't need to)

Firstly they will respond to emails then if you have a complaint all communication will cease. If you buy something discounted BEWARE! They sell it to you cheaper but then will charge extra for freight to make up for what they have lost. When asked why I was charged so much freight got told by Lars who they don't have a store manager but he takes calls that I can have the item at the standard price and then get the cheaper freight. Sale items are rubbish!!!

Has profesional gear you can't find in the shops. Also has tech support that is great to help you use it.

I bought some gear after having discussed the options with the team at Freeview Shop and they were really knowledgeable and helped me to make the best decision. It is not often that you find a shop that has taken the time to compare the equipment they sell to such a high level. They told me exactly what the difference in performance would be for the various options and helped me decide on a solution - the best and cheapest at the same time. Thumbs up, guys!!!!
