Windscreen Cam
I wish I'd read these reviews before buying from this company, I bought a windscreen camera, which is useless, it doesn't charge. I also thought that I was buying from a UK based business as it was set (.co.uk) not from China.
I emailed the company, and as others have said they told me it was had been tested and was working fine when it left them, I then tried to get my money back through Paypal, that again was a waste of time as they sided with the seller. I have just noticed that their website is no longer available, no doubt they will set up again, so buyer beware!!

waited ages for item to arrive,and when it finally arrived,item didn't work,battery wouldn't charge and function buttons didn't work.i emailed the company straight away,after a couple of e-mails they replied saying that item was fine at factory,I replied to their e-mail and am still waiting on a response.
Definitely would not recommend emoments,they are the worst company I have dealt with.I wouldn't even give them a 1 star rating,!!

Bloody Useles!!
I ordered an in car cam as I do lots of miles and want a record of what happens. I ordered on the 26th August and was still waiting on the 10th September for delivery. I sent an email to 'service' and was told it had been delivered on the 5th. A tracking number was provided and a link to the courier site, along with a mysterious post code. Intrigued, I followed the link and discovered to my surprise that my camera had indeed been delivered....to central London....80 miles from where I live....and to the mysterious post code from the email, not my post code....as mine is on the Paypal receipt as I wrote it! In short, I am awaiting my refund from Paypal as eMoment do not now respond to emails! My rating is NIL for this company....avoid at all costs! You have been warned!

its my laddies thirteen th birthday. all the bairns these day love all all the gadgets. he always looses his mobiles. iv spent a fortune in replacing them. we used the link on amazon. if I had searched google no bloody danger.amazon shudnt be advertising them

no way should anyone purchase off this site,i did and without checking reviews of this company and am now £99.00out of pocket.
bought a incar camera hd took 8 days to arrive when opened and charged found the touchscreen instructions were in Chinese so it is absolutely useless
still trying to get intouch with emoment to get a refund but there customer service click on page keeps comeing up error therefor can't
do anything about it . last resort try my credit card company to see if they can get me a refund

Camera came on time, works but will not translate from Chinese to English, software will not operate with camera, emailed them, not very helpful replied to me once after that ignored me. Tried to get goods returned, cost more than camera is worth, it is not UK based, base is in China.

Hi,
I bought a Dash Cam from this site and after I purchased my item noticed this site giving off bad reviews.
I immediately put my order on dispute with Paypal and emailed seller.
The dispute action is a waste of time as the reviews state seller comes from China and return costs can be expensive.
However the response from seller was excellent and goods arrived within 8 days. The only problem was the charger lead was faulty and the seller has agreed to send another one.
The item works well using another usb lead and does what it is designed for and at £33.99 is value for money.
I think if seller changed his returns policy to a UK address reviews would change.

Dont Use This Company
The company website appears to be designed to give the impression that this is a UK company including the .co.uk Domain Name. However as I later discovered this is a Chinese individual working out of a room in ShangMuGu village in Guangdong Province, China.
I doubt that he keeps a stock of the items he uses but more likely gets them shipped directly from various factories.
I bought a micro camera which wouldn't charge up, fragmented the video into 3 minute sections and had a high level of background noise.
As other reviewers have found out all he says if you report problems is that it was checked before it was shipped.
Under Pay-pal's buyer protection you need to ship the item back to the seller at your expense by tracked mail before they will refund. Sending a tracked item to China could cost you more that the value of the product!

I ordered an in car camera off eMoment on the 29/7/14. I can't get in touch with the supplier to find out where my goods are. Does anyone have any suggestions?
I would not go near eMoment. I regret putting in an original revue about this company but my dash cam gave up on me after a couple of months and eMoment have not answered my e mails.
Thank goodness my dash cam was not expensive so I will right this off to experience.
I would advise anybody not to use this company.
