impossible to get hold of, emails returned and no phone number listed. very very dodgy. use only reputable companies you have researched properly before hand

i too was duped by Electricurls and by paying through Google wallet. I ordered on the 31st Oct and received emails from Google wallet letting me know that money had been processed and that my goods had been despatched. Not once did i receive any communication from the company itself.Surprise surprise i've not received any goods and Google wallet just keep giving me the same crappy answer which is offering mediation.How can they offer this service when the company does not EXSIST! This i've pointed out and yes i was offered mediation for a second time. Google wallet need to take a leaf out of Paypal's book at least i would'nt be trying to get my money back from them!

Ordered a tumble dryer paid through Google wallet 24/10/2012 now November 17th 2012 no dryer not answering emails telephone number rings out this company is a fake they are thieves.

The site looks good and you are duped by the fact they used Google wallet to pay through.That is all they have is a nice looking site and empty promises what they don't have is your goods that you pay for.

I wouldn't recommend to my enemy never mind a friend they are pond life burglars that don't even have to break and enter to steal your money.

Ordered an LG Home Cinema system with these scammers and all looked ok initially, got an email from Google Wallet who I paid through and got an email from Electricurls to say that I would be getting a free gift as a new customer and my item had been dispatched. 5 days later an electic blanket turns up and no sign of the Cinema System, sent various emails but nop response, called them and no answer just music on a loop. Eventually complained to Google Wallet and they advised they no longer allow them to process payments through them and they refunded the money to my credit card thankfully!!

As other reviewers, this company took my money and never sent anything. Google wallet and credit card companies have been informed. Looks like contacting the police is wise too. There had only been one review on here before and the site looked impressive but I worried when it said payment to City Investments Global not electricurls.

Lots of calls and e-mails - no response; do not use this company or any associated with City Investments Global Ltd.

Don't buy from it and don't think that because it uses Google Wallet that it is safe. It is not. I ordered a tumble dryer 8 days ago. It said it was being delivered last Saturday. We've heard nothing a week later. The site also has 2 addresses, 1 in Wolverhampton, 1 in Cardiff. They never answer the phone number which just rings out, and obviously don't answer e-mails either.

I ordered a fridge freezer £215 spoke to a woman who confirmed the order the we got a delivery date but never turned up

Contacted trading standards they didn't help told me to wright to them phoned police who are looking into them as it is fraud

Or theft by deception who knows we contacted bank they are going to try and get are money back.

Ordered a hoover Dyson but it has not turned up, cant contact them, by phone or email...Should like to warn people to stay clear...trying to get refund from Google wallet or hsbc

Like all the other reviews, I ordered a tumble dryer on 24th October, and spoke to someone regarding the order the following day. All seemed OK, until the delivery did not materialise and all calls and e-mails then went unanswered - even to Google Wallet! Needless to say, I will not recommend them to anyone, but they now seem to have disappeared! No great loss. I am now attempting to recover my money through the bank and recommend you ring and ask to initiate a debit chargeback. My bank have said they will refund the money and the only way it will have to be paid back is if Electricurls can prove they delivered the item, so there's not a chance of that! I would not even recommend either Parcel2go or Googlewallet as they don't want to be contacted apart from by e-mail and they don't answer either. All in all a good lesson. Pay a bit more and go to someone you've heard of!
