I checked they had stock of a specific TV, which I duly ordered. Delivery was scheduled a week later.

On delivery day morning they phoned to say I wouldn't be getting my new TV due to an "unknown mix-up".

On top of that, their website states that, "no money will be taken from your account/card until we have confirmed your item is ready for dispatch". This wasn't the case for me. They took the money straight away, failed to deliver, and after many phone calls and emails they still have my money!

They have promised a refund, but as yet, nothing. It's now become a point of principal and unless my money is refunded in the next few days, I'm going to claim back the money plus costs via the County Court. I know it's hassle, but if more people did it, this type of company wouldn't survive.

I had previously ordered this same machine (LG SILVER 8KG WASHING MACHINE) form Electrical Experience, it was in stock and they said next day delivery (3 weeks on i was still left waiting)so i cancelled my order and placed an order with Jade Technology. Because of my previous experience i was sceptical whether or not they would deliver when they said they could or if indeed they even had the product in stock!. I spoke with Adrian via a live web messenger service that Jade Technology provide and he was fantastic!! not only did he promise to have my machine delivered on the day i wanted (it could have been delivered a day earlier but wasnt convenient for me) he arranged for the driver to call me when he was half an hr away for my house, then called himself to inform me that the driver was near by. My machine was delivered 4 days after my order was placed!!and the delivery driver was really friendly.

I can honestly say that good customer service goes a long way. I am 100% happy with my goods and the best part is that the machine i bought from Jade Technology was £30 cheaprer than the original one i had ordered for Electrical Experiece... I am indeeed a very happy bunny.... thanks Adrian :0)
