After paying for what appeared to be a good price for some headphones (and a couple of other small items) I then received an email that said "We are so sorry to inform you that your order is not shipped out because items are out of stock. We have tried our best to negotiate with the factory, but they are not sure when they will be back in stock."

I then asked for a refund - 4 weeks later, I am still waiting for the refund and continually received an email that said "Please check your account next week."

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. I have reported them to consumer.gov
