Dont Buy From This Company

They sell Junk and it takes forever to get your product!!! (38 Days)

When i got my Tablet the charger was broken. After being told they would send another and after another 25 days of no charger i bought my own. That's when i found out that it will not hold a charge past 35 minutes when it was advertised as lasting up to 3 hours on a charge. After checking there customer service web site i found several people having this problem and the recommended fix did not work for anybody!!! ANY good review you see for this company is FAKE put their by the company to sucker more people into buying from them.

well after 3 weeks of use it has stoped turning on $160.00 wasted, save yourself a problem and go buy from a local store because you wont get satisfaction from here .

Quicker By Horse

Ordered this item on 12th December 2011 and still not delivered (now 17th January) ,man I could have rode a horse to china and back quicker . emails go unanswered ,tracking useless and no contact at all...Buyer beware

Well after fileing a complaint with paypal a bit after a week later i recieved this item flytouch 5 and can only say that the old saying you get what you pay for is so true...Lesson lernt..... end of story ... pattsie.

Paid In November, No Product As Of January 14th

Tracking showed that the package went to my local postoffice and then was returned for a bad zipcode. That was 12/24. I asked the seller for help and they said just be patient. I kept asking for them to do a trace because the U.S. Postal said the shipper must do so. They claimed they have done this,but they have not responded to my subsequent emails. Good Experience For Me

The reviews have been pretty bad, which I don't doubt, but from MY personal experience, I've got to give eimaya 5 stars, because I've got nothing to complain about. My only complaint is about the FlyTouch-5 that I ordered, but the company/website has been perfect.

This review is really for the company, but I did want to mention my issue with the FlyTouch 5. Overall, it's good/acceptable, with the main problem being the poor WiFi reception of the unit. It will connect to my router, but only if you are relatively close. With no walls between the router and the tablet, it seems to cut off at about 45 feet. With the signal going through 2 sheetrock/4x6 walls, probably about 30 feet. I need distances, at least twice that much for my home. No other device has ever had a problem connecting ANYWHERE in the house, with the same router. The resistive touch screen is not ideal, but I didn't know the difference between resistive and capacitive, until after I placed my order.

Now, back to eimaya. I ordered the tablet on Saturday, Dec 10, 2011. I didn't want to risk not receiving it by Christmas, so I paid for the expedited shipping for $20 extra. The tablet was at my door (Central Florida, USA) on Friday, Dec 16th. I was very impressed, considering it was coming from China. They clearly met their 3 to 5 days DHL prediction on their site, considering I started counting from the Monday after I placed my order. Ordered My Zen Tablet On 25th Nov Still Waiting

I have been asking now for 3 weeks when my tablet would be delivered still no word, was told they could not give me a refund as my zen tablet was posted out. This is the worst company to buy anything from as they just want your money, it is a complete con you must avoid this seller at all costs or you will be out of pocket like me and hundreds of other people have been.

EIMAYA.com is a company who is involved with dozens of counts of fraud... DONT BUY FROM THEM!!.. Yang Pei is the owner and he is a criminal in China~!

I paid for a FlyTouch5 almost a month ago and the item is still in China shipping. Multiple reviews are coming out of people stating their units are defective or pre-loaded with Chinese (censored) versions of Android which dont even play things like NetFlix or Skype..

Many customers are saying they can't even get their defective units to turn on. I have filed fraud against them, Its been almost a month since I paid and I never received ANYTHING...

CALL PAYPAL AND THE CREDIT COMPANY, FILE FRAUD AGAINST THEM IF YOU NEVER RECEIVE YOUR PRODUCT/DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.

Its Been 24 Days & Counting, No Support, No Tracking Service

This is an awful company to deal with. Nearly 4 weeks ago I paid $175 to Eimaya for a flytouch 5 with case & I'm still yet to recieve it!

I thought if I ordered early enough I could guarentee it in time for Xmas!

The item is a Christmas present for my 8 year old boy, how happy is he going to be on Christmas day!!

I will be the worst Dad on the planet as I will have affectively cancelled xmas!!!!!

I would hate anyone to experience the feelings I'm going through I'm absolutely gutted.

I have expressed my feelings through various avenues emailed them, tried to contact them on Facebook as well as discrediting them on any review site I can find in the hope I would get a response.

I have a tracking number that isn't relevant to any delivery service supported by a very poor excuse that you can not track a product from china to England through Royal Mail, what a load of rubbish.

No one can tell me when or even if will ever recieve the fore-mentioned product infact I can't get hold of anyone from the company.

Please heed my warning do not deal with this company as I fear as I expect I already have, lost your money!
