i had booked it for my sons birthday and with no delay had it to on time.

I bought the deal from Barclays for PC tablet 7 inch. It's been more then two weeks I did not get my product, it would not be problem if they would write in confirmation letter how long it will take to deliver it. I tried to contact them and there was no reply. When I called they said they will get back to me which they didn't do. Very poor customer service.

I recently bought a voucher for 2 packs of gold playing cards from todays great deal, it said 14 days on the voucher but arrived in 7. I had no issues with redeeming the voucher and would defiantly recommend to others, as a few of my friends also like poker as much as me, even though I'm not the best poker player in the world. A few of my friends went and bought the same deal as I did. The only gripe I have is that one of my friends missed the deal and paid full price and his arrived the day after he ordered.

I bought a voucher for a 7 inch tablet from bespoke offers, redeemed with no issues on ebuydeal it said it would take 14 days but it came 2 days after ordering. would highly recommend as i paid full price for some fighting robots and they arrived quickly as well and my sons love them its like playing wii without them staring at a screen :)

Ordered product via dealcloud which gives a voucher for ebuydeal. It is 2 months now and I haven't received the product. Completed the order on the ebuydeal site and paid the excessive postage fee. I have tried to contact ebuydeal but there is no phone number or email address. You have to complete the enquiry form on their website. Contacted dealcloud who were helpful but could only refer me back to ebuydeal. Obtained personal email addresses of ebuydeal but still no reply. Would strongly advise against buying from this site due to poor customer service.

Bought a deal on this arrived very quickly even with a BFPO and free postage on my next order for giving a review not bad.
