I should have listened to my gut instinct when I realised I was dealing with a Chinese company . The batteries and charger sent were not as shown in the photo and Very Low quantity.

When I realised my mistake my nightmare started. I’m glad I paid through PayPal as I am 100% confident that I would not have received a full refund £90 purchase. Thank goodness for them . I will listen to myself next time there is no such thing as a cheap deal .. it will end up costing you your purchase snd will high return costs PLEASE DONOT USE THiS COMPANY THEY ARE NOT GENUINE

Don't do business with this company they claim to be from the UK but in fact as soon as you pay them you will find out that they are Chinese and are selling Fake goods

Then when you try and get your money back they just keep fobbing you off so the only way is dispute it threw PayPal

I ordered a battery for my Dyson,paid for it four weeks ago no battery has arrived and still no response from the company after four emails I am not at all satisfied.

Received fake product - not cheaper to a genuine Panasonic, conforming to CE directives. Package falsely states "Charger dapter" - seller in China prducing fake Pansonic.

I ordered a replacement battery for my Samsung Tab 3 which duly arrived two weeks later via Royal Mail with no communications in between. So much for their fast despatch boast.

The first thing I noticed was that it been despatched from Belgium and described as a" Charger Adapter" and not an Li-ion battery. Presumably this was designed to fool the postal/airline authorities as I understand the movement of batteries is subject to certain conditions and restrictions for safety reasons.

Upon unpacking the item (no packing note/invoice of any kind)I could see immediately it was a fake with the brand name blacked out.

Nevertheless it otherwise looked the part so I tried to fit it. Unfortunately they had got the dimensions spec. wrong by about 1 Millimetre which was sufficient to prevent fitting into the tabs very closely defined space. The battery is therefore useless.

Looking back at previous reviews this "business" has been operating for several years so goodness knows how many people have been caught out. I'm not sure how these people can be stopped.

In this case I shall not waste my time chasing a relatively small loss (no doubt they depend on most people taking the same view)but I have learned a lesson. Check for reviews before ordering on-line. I shall also inform Barclaycard who made the payment.

Read some bad reviews but with UK site thought it would be ok. Ordered from here as it was and claimed to be a co.uk company with UK flag on web site. battery for tablet came packed and described as a router?? battery charged once then died. Contacted company by email as requested on the site for a RMA returns number, no reply, took to contacting paypal to get one. On site clearly stated return address was in Portmouth (cost £3.75) BUT I was informed that the battery must be returned to China (£15 cheapest I could find) for a refund (thus saving them the cost of returning it themselves to their supplier). What a sham. Paid by paypal cos I thought I was protected but as Ebatterys offered refund even sending to china things went in their favour. NEVER buy from these people you will not be covered if anything goes wrong.

Absolutely Terrible - Make you think they are in UK but in fact in China - Posted item via Sweden - Came a Month Later still trying to get a Refund - AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Ordered from this company thinking that they were in the UK. Not so, some guys in china. Website shows that delivery is by Royal mail but soon got an email asking for a contact number so that their courier could contact me "If nobody was in". 9 days on, no delivery. Only gave one star because 0 was not an option.

Please do not use this company. We have purchased batteries for tools from them but they do not fit... They're fake batteries!!

We have no delivery note or refund form to send back. No contact number either. They've just taken our money and no one is responding to our emails!!

Do not use this company

This company has taken my money and supplied goods that did not work or was a fake.

I returned the goods and did all that was requested by them.

There is a person that I have been dealing with she is an expert at robbing you off.

But first it's all about a camera battery

Battery was delivered with know problem

It had no charge and would not charge

I got untruth with the company and told them about the problem,

This is where she comes in.

She is the one that asked for the following,

1 Keep recharging the battery it will eventually work.

2 Photographs of the goods against my original.

3 Return the goods to an address and a returns number number supplied by her.

Parcel delivered and signed for.

She requested a tracking number because that could not find the parcel.

She then states parcel was not received and asked for the address the parcel

was sent to.

All this is delaying tactics by her.

I do not expect this company to resolve my purchase and have been left feeling defrauded out of my money.
