This company took my money, DID NOT send the goods and were then un-contactable !!!

Like the title says "STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY"

They take your money, do not reply to emails, do not deliver goods. Absolutely atrocious.

I agree almost entirely with other one-star reviews and their consistent theme i.e. no delivery, phones unanswered, emails unanswered, website form queries unanswered, requests for refund ignored, order confirmation emails undelivered, dispatch information emails undelivered, and finally, requests via PayPal resolution centre ignored.

Their attitude towards communications is about as good as their commitment to their Twitter account (@ecomponentsuk); that's 10 tweets between 17 December 2011 and 26 April 2012 culminating in a complaint about Royal Mail and nothing since.

I got a refund off PayPal eventually and had nothing to do with these people in the end. Says it all really.

My items have still not arrived and it said they were dispatched a month ago. DON'T BUY FROM e-components!

I seem to have same problem here as everyone else, I just wish I read the reviews before I placed an order.

I placed an order almost two weeks ago, but still have not received it. I sent them a few e-mails, left voice messages, but no reply as yet. No one ever answers a phone, makes me thing that the company is sham. Currently, I am disputing the payment with PayPal.

Have ordered several components. Waited 2 weeks so far. Money taken but no response from this shower by phone or email. DO NOT USE!!

No products arrived, no contact. Having to dispute the paypal purchase. Don't waste your time.

Placed an order for a PC system on Monday and received the system by Friday, which was great as it was free shipping. Cant really fault the service. The quality of the goods was better than I expected and the specificatoin was better than I had expected too!

My order has not arrived. I have sent several emails, filled out complaints on their ticket system and left voicemail messages, but nobody has contacted me. The money was taken and I want a refund!! Do not use this company under any circumtances!!

Having received faulty & broken goods, ecomponents took over a month to reply. Having finally promised a refund they still have not made it. I wouuldn't recommend this company to anyone. Shoddy service & delay tactics at every stage of my complaint. No refund received as promised!
