Faulty Headphones After Only 3 Months
I bought Sennheiser headphones from this store in March 2015. By mid July they stopped working. Despite being under guarantee, I must pay my own packaging to return them and they will charge me £15 to send them back. Buy on the high street and pay more. Avoid thisoutfit.

Broken Agreed Price Promise
I contacted DJ Store to confirm an online price for an Allen and Heath 23c mixer which was agreed so I cancelled my order with another company in order to make a saving of £30. Rang DJ store 2 days later (once my refund had been processed from the competitor)to buy the mixer only to be told it was only on special offer for a week. I said it's not been a week since I rang and you didn't mention this 2 days ago. They said the price has gone up and there's nothing we can do. I explained the effort I had made in cancelling my order with their competitor and asked if they could honour the agreed price from 2 days before but they refused. I then went onto their sister site company Mix Direct to order the same mixer which was still showing at the lesser price and while I was processing the order the price increased (which I presume is because I had told DJ Store Mix Direct were offering the mixer at the lesser price). So all round very unimpressed and time wasters who can's keep their word. I would definitely not reccommend this retailer to a friend nor will I be spending any money with them. Very bad service - STAY AWAY!

Ordered goods goods as a present to a friend.
Payment taken according to bank and transaction Number receipt.
Told 3 days later (2 working days) no stock of items.
Asked for immediate refund but told That they can only cancel order and payment system would refund money without timescale.
Spoke to bank they said (this was on a Monday) may take up till Thiursday to "bounce
Back" into account.
Stated to firm this wasn't good enough as was within seconds took money ; but having to wait just under a week to get refund.
No offer of replacement or similar product made.
Date for gift and birthday missed (the Tuesday).
Attempted to take legal instruction due to concerns as evidenced similarlly on pervious posts; with their response clearly to resolve the matter in the least obtrusive manner.
Am sure that many positive experiences have been had with the firm (as I dearly would have hoped to have based on the competitive pricing); but perhaps more recent feedback would give a more up to date reflection on the customer service element of the business currently.
Maybe I'm wrong but please judge for yourselves.

I ordered a Numark DJ controller for my son and was contacted by the DJ shop who sold me a different controller I didn't want. When I tried to cancel I was told it was too late as the order had already left. I had to return the item at my cost and then chase for the refund. Amazon refunded the original cost quickly but it took a week to get the refund from DJ Shop and it was £10 short. The experience cost me £20 and I ordered and received what I originally wanted from another source. I felt tricked and would recommend anyone in the market for this kit should avoid thee guys.

I Cant Believe These Guys Are Still Operating.
After taking my cdj there they gave me no acknowledgement of receipt, even though the said they would send a email, i telephoned a week later to be told it was 10 working days not 7, so i phoned back on the 10th to be told i am being impatient, to which i replied i only want to have a letter or a receipt so i have proof you have it. he made me feel like i was a low priority i said the customer service wasn't good to which he shouted at me saying how good they are and then hung the phone up on me, my dad is contacting them today to tell em how it is!

Dont Use These Clowns!
The staff were threatening towards me after having to chase them up for over a week. Then had to threaten them with trading standards in order to get what was mine. Cant understand how this place aint been shut down yet. Avoid this place and go somewhere else.
Will Never Order Again (faulty Product, They Don't Care Abou
I've order a Vinyl LP case from them. They sent an email to explain that the color I ordered was not available, I answered i didn't care and they could send another color. I received the bill a few days after my order but no product. I sent an email after two weeks to request the product or a refund, and they replied they would send the product. The product arrived two days later, with default (the lock was torn appart, it was not even possible to open the case, and they were stickers stains on the case itself). I wrote an email to complain and ask for a new one or a refund, and an explanation of the return process. They answered I should return the case to a physical shop or send it back (so, I should pay for sending it back). I answered that I would then keep the product, fix it myself, and never order again. They basically answered that they didn't care.

Do Not Buy Of These Cowboys! Worst After Sales Ever!
After purchasing an item from djstore i have came the conclusion that i am never goin to order anything of value online again! I'd rather pay slightly more on the high street than risk the service i got from these cowboys. I ordered a unit, it was faulty, sent it back, they said it wasnt faulty (had to pay for the delivery this time), the unit was still faulty and i provided several video's documenting the fault, they said it was my computer, tried ona differant computer, still faulty and produced furthur video evidence, they took it back and said there was no fault, then sent it back to me and its stull faulty....and i give up. £500 down the drain, not to mention postage costs incurred and the £40 or so they connvinced me to spend on a power pack that made no differance!Their take on the matter was 'If we cant find the fault it doesnt exist'.
It DOES exist do you think i like going through all this hassle for no reason!!!!
Honestly DO NOT BUY OF THESE COWBOYS!

Avoid Like The Plague!
Poor service. Very poor after sales. Plenty of excuses, rude staff who put the phone down on you when you complain. Paid for next day delivery, was still waiting a week later.
Never again. There are plenty of other sites to use, why take the chance on these cowboys.
