The Stock Quantities They Quote On The Web Site Ar

The stock quantities they quote on the web site are incorrect

The delivery quoted on the web site often 6-10 days is incorrect

All products are shipped from China and they work on the basis of sourcing your product after you have placed your order and carry very limited stock of anything!

If you finally get them to agree to a refund when the product you order still hasn't turned up for 4 weeks they do not process it. The company is a complete shambles.

PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE HORRENDOUS MISTAKE I MADE THINKING I COULD SAVE A FEW QUID. IT IS NOT WORTH IT, YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR PRODUCT WHEN EXPECTED IF AT ALL. IT WILL NOT BE AS DESCRIBED. YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND AND ALL CORRESPONDENCE IS ON EMAIL FROM CHINA.

When I read the other reviews I thought I may have made a big mistake but the camera I ordered arrived in good shape and on time - so am very pleased as it was much cheaper than I coud have bought it elsewhere and no postal charges.

So I can only assume the business has improved.

After 30+ days of order delay and excuse where funds were withdrawn within moments of raising the order, I like others received this message from their representative. "...We regret to inform you that we're unable to process your order due to backend complications with our payment service provider in accepting your funds.

In view of these unfortunate circumstances, we advise that you contact your card issuer or bank to file for a chargeback. You may refer to the 24-hour support help line number on the back of your card for further assistance.

As we’re unable to fulfill your order or reimburse your funds, you should be safeguarded by your card issuer to apply a claim against the full value of the order. We apologise for any inconvenience caused."

I now have to pursue this with my credit card company and it seems clear there is a strong hint of fraudulent activity.

Cant believe I didn't read these reviews before ordering.

I have never come across such a poor company in all my days of trading.as with all the other reviewers I placed an order that never arrived, was promised it within the next 7 days, still nothing, takes days to get replies to your emails. was eventually told that they could not fulfil the order or refund my money, I contacted their sister company that had taken my money (Chat and Vision) who would not do anything, so would suggest avoiding these too, they also seem to work to the same rules of replying to emails days later if at all.i have eventually contacted my bank and made a chargeback claim against the company who refunded my money the next day. please note you have the ability to ring your bank, whether you used a credit or debit card to request a chargeback within 120 days of making the purchase, its a simple procedure over the phone so long as your bank is responsive, don't let them tell you they don't do it as its a scheme that all major banks partake in now.

Criminals, Plain And Simple

This website is run by a criminal organisation. They will never send you any goods, just take your money and then delay you via email when you ask them where your products are or if you try to cancel and get a refund.

The latest twist in my story is that they have actually sent me a mail today saying that they can't give me a refund and that I should issue a chargeback, which I was about to do anyway, but I found it weird why they would tell me to do that. Their scheme obviously involves ripping off the credit card companies, since their account is probably massively in the red with chargebacks after they have withdrawn the money to another account.

I expect they'll shut the site down soon when the card companies become savvy to it and just set up another fraudulent site. It's sad but they'll probably get away with it and not see a day in prison. That's what makes me angry about this.

Don't Supply Just Keep Your Money

I ordered a phone for my son on 31st July which was supposedly in stock. They failed to deliver in the 5-8 days and further went on to string me along as to it being in process. Eventually when I asked for a refund they said Yes but then a week later said they were unable to process a refund. I now have to wait 8-10 weeks for a MasterCard dispute to be processed - pay for the item and eventually the card company will issue a refund. Shocking people who clearly are using my money for something else with no intention of supplying the goods. Also disgraceful that they had

Don't Touch This Company With A Barge Pole!

I sometimes read reviews like this and think 'ah that's just a disgruntled customer who's got a bit upset and taken it out through a review'. Seriously I'm not one of those people. I rarely if ever post reviews but this company merits one for just how terrible they are.

I placed an order back on the 19th July which was supposed to be fulfilled within 8 working days. They took the money from my card at the time of order which, frankly, is sly behaviour and should be unacceptable for an online buisness. On the 13th day after my order was placed they then inform me via the tracking facility (not an email to notify) that the order was 'delayed' so 'be patient'. That language was faintly patronised and smelt of something suspicious so I made it clear I wasn't happy with the failure to meet my need and requested a refund.

Now 16 days later (11 working days) my refund continues to 'be in progress' according to the tracking facility despite the fact that in one of the responses to the numerous emails I've sent asking where my money is they told me they complete their end of the refund process within 5-7 working days and any subsequent delays are down to the bank. Well, either they made that up, or their system isn't updating to show the completion of the refund process. Either way, this is dodgy.

Please, please don't place an order with this company if you desire reliable customer service and are in need of a product on a timely basis...shocking!!

Stole My Money, Avoid!

Sadly suffering the same fate as many others on here - this company has my money and will not give it back after a month of daily email chasing.

Cancelled an order on the 13th July when it became clear that it would not be delivered on time, and am now stuck in limbo waiting for a refund. Initially told it would take 2-4 days to process, but still no refund 4 weeks after cancelling.

Latest email tells me "We do apologies for the hold up of your refund. We will look into processing the refund in this coming weeks and will provide you an update once refund is completed."

Avoid using this company at all costs.

Sadly, this is the same for me and i just received notification that they have issues with their backend payment system and i should request a "chargeback" from my bank.

I had the same problem (like many others it seems!) and after over a month I didn't receive my phone. I opted for a refund and that process has taken over 2 weeks. I got an email today saying:

i'll suggest you get in contact with your bank's fraud department if you haven't received a refund. Same thing happened to me and didn't get my money back till I did so and my bank (barclays) was so helpful.

I have ordered a mobile phone costing £446.99 and same thing happening with me please let me know if your money refund situation settled down or not because after seeing your review problem it is really concerning me because I am in the same situation and they took a lot of money and we can not sit down and do nothing we have to do something about this. Utterly Terrible

I placed an order in June, which never arrived and I was not given any update. I then asked for a refund two weeks ago which Digital Discount said would be issued, but has not come through. I am distraught with such terrible customer service.

Is this company still trading?

I received a product with a faulty battery and I'm trying to get it sorted. I haven't emailed them in a while and when I tried a few hours ago I just got postmaster saying it wasn't able to send the email (even though it was a reply). Also when I try to go to their website virgin media says it doesn't exist.
